Pali Ke Kua #12 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, located in a park-like setting on the tropical grounds of the Pali Ke Kua complex in the residential and prestigious resort community of Princeville.

Open the sliding glass doors in the living area to expand your space to include a covered lanai and a large, manicured lawn. Enjoy beautiful views of the landscaped gardens and green mountains.

Cooking is a breeze in the upgraded, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and there’s no need to overpack with your own washer and dryer in unit.

The downstairs master bedroom has a brand new king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. The upstairs, spacious second bedroom boasts 3 beds (1 double and 2 twins) and an attached full bathroom.

Visitors will enjoy the Pali Ke Kua complex with its onsite pool, hot tub, restaurant, and free parking. The complex, situated on a bluff, provides guests with spectacular sunset views and a private path to secluded Hideaways Beach.

The condo is conveniently located within the Princeville community. Dine and shop at the 1 Hotel (formerly the St. Regis), golf oceanfront holes at the Makai Golf Course, and listen to live music at Happy Talk Lounge, all within walking distance. Take the walk/jog path to Princeville Center, approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) away for dining, shopping and fun, or take a short, 10-minute drive to the world famous town of Hanalei and Hanalei Bay. This condo is conveniently located and just a quick drive to many of the North Shore beaches.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. Very convenient location to Hideaway beach. Close walk to Pizza pub as well. Very clean, well stocked with cooking accessories, and very comfortable beds. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. If you have more than 4 the living room furniture might not accommodate comfortable seating but not a factor in my situation.

The place was spotless when we moved in the kitchen was stocked with all essential cooking items and more, and the place was always quiet and felt private. The beach access is a steep walk down but a beautiful place to relax and unwind. Location was excellent, as we walked to Hotel 1 Beach, and were just a short drive to Hanalei Bay. Everything worked as expected and the place truly felt like a vacation home. We enjoyed putting on old DVD’s and read some of the books from the shelf. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Princeville.

What a gorgeous property and amazing location to stay in Kauai. Condo was fully stocked with everything one could need, including beach equipment for families, especially the kiddos! Couldn’t have been happier to have a beach very close by that we could walk to! The grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop etc. Everything you need in striking distance, especially if you have young kiddos! Truly enjoyed our stay!

Property location was AMAZING! Right above hideaway beach, 7 minutes from Hanalei Bay and 5 minutes to the market, made this location ideal. Perched up on the cliff, we spent many evenings watching the surf, sunsets and beachcombing below. Perfect setup for our family of 5 (two adults, 3 boys ages 8, 10 and 19) We had our space downstairs while the boys were comfortable in the large room upstairs with their own bathroom. Having the washer/dryer was ideal for keeping swim suits dry and the beach equipment was an added bonus! The unit is furnished with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Would have preferred larger, more comfortable couches so we could relax as a family and watch movies, but other than that we were very happy with the accommodations. I have already referred other families to this property and hope to return ourselves. Mahalo for the great memories!

A clean and centrally located condo in Princeville. We enjoyed staying here! Vents in the bathroom and the ability to wash off outside are the only things I would have appreciated having. Other than that, we would stay again!
