What an amazing find! We had a wonderful week in Chatellion. The apartment was spotless, had everything we could possibly need and the peaceful beighbourhood was just what we wanted. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids and almost always had it to our selves.

Très bien accueillis par Mme PEREZ. La location est très bien équipée, arrière cuisine très pratique, terrasse devant et derrière pratiques, proche du centre ville et de la plage sans avoir de contrainte de bruit. Piscine très agréable, de très bonne taille, sécurisée, toilettes et douche. Éventuellement à prévoir la wifi dans un avenir proche.

Je recommande cette location

Très agréable séjour. Très bon accueil. La maison est très bien équipée, barbecue possible. Elle est située à 15mn à pied de la plage. La piscine dans la résidence est un vrai plus. On s'y sent bien.

Fonctionnel et plutôt bien situé

Logement fonctionnel, convenant bien à une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants malgré un chambre en mezzanine. Situation intéressante, la plage de Chatelaillon est à moins de 10mn en vélo, comme le centre. Coin Cuisine assez petit mais fonctionnel. Propreté OK. La terrasse est petite mais agreable. Le contact sur place était parfait. On peut toutefois noter que les contacts préalables avec la propriétaire n'étaient pas tres cordiaux... le linge de lit n'étant pas fourni je le suis renseigné sur la taille des lits, oreillers, etc. Je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir la taille des oreillers et on m'a répondu que je n'aurai pas besoin de couette l'été (ce qui s'est avéré faux...). Ailleurs très souvent le propriétaire de ce genre de logement laisse un petit mot d'accueil, voire parfois une bouteille ou un gâteau, bref qqch qui fait qu'on se sent accueilli. Ici rien de tout ça, juste des mots un peu partout pour nous rappeler qu'il faut éviter de bloquer la chasse d'eau, qu'il ne faut rien mettre sur le four, etc. L'impression finale est qu'on ne se sent pas très bien accueilli. Par ailleurs a priori la propriétaire est passée pendant notre sejour pour deposer des produits d'entretien en notre absence, sans nous en informer, que ce soit avant ou apres. Bref, un bon logement mais un contact humain à revoir côté propriétaire (alors que le contact sur place avec Mme Perez était parfait).

Vacances très agréable et belle location.

La location était très accueillante, très bien équipée et la propreté parfaite (mais forcément l’exigence en matière de ménage final est élevée🙂). La résidence est calme et agréable. Nous avons passez de bonne vacances. A préciser que pour aller à la plage à pied il faut un 20aine de minute à pied, ce qui est faisable biensur! Et il est difficile de se garer en pleine saison d’été! Globalement très bonne location et très bon séjour!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Ne pas hésiter à venir des vélos pour se rendre dans le bourg ou à la plage.

Vacances au top

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Chatelaillon-plage. Le logement est très bien aménagé et décoré, tout y est pour ne manquer de rien (vaisselle, produits ménager, sèche-cheveux, jeux de société, boules de psétanque...). Le bonus est la buanderie doté d'un second frigo et machine à laver le linge). La terrasse est vraiment sympa. Nous avions nos vélos pour un accès plus rapide au centre ville et à la plage. La piscine dans la résidence est bienvenue pour se rafraîchir. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur pragmatisme. A bientôt...
