Good staff. Good value for this time of year. Room had kitchenette, which was useful. Room was on the first floor adjacent to an outside sitting area, so not much privacy. I suspect this is a VRBO room block issue rather than the hotel in general.

Great location but smaller than the pictures show.

Wonderful location and great staff and cleanliness! But definitely a hotel vibe. As long as that is what your looking for this place is perfect! Loved the breakfast and super comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay

My grandson had a baseball tournament in Mount Pleasant and we choose the Staybrook. Great choice! I would definitely stay again, the rest of the family had to stay in the tournament approved lodgings and they were all in awe of how nice our place was. The breakfast buffet was great and the outdoor pool was refreshing!

Nice Hotel but Ad is misleading

Overall hotel is very nice and staff was friendly. Ad specifically says room would come with same features and amenities (which the room itself had) however we ended up with a bottom floor room and no balcony which is one of the reasons we booked the property. Would stay at hotel again but will not book through this property manager again.

Great location and huge room

We really enjoyed our first trip to Charleston, SC. This property was perfect. We loved how big the room felt with the high ceilings and full kitchen. The daily breakfast was a great perk. Clean property with a great staff. We would definitely stay here again.
