This 32m2 studio workshop offers all the comfort in simplicity
Access for people with reduced mobility No steps

Wooded park of one hectare
Free parking in the park

You can reach the village in 2 minutes on foot. All shops. 2 bakeries 2 restaurants. Bar grocery store etc ...
Summer entertainment on the square.
Superb markets during the week.
5 minutes you will find the village of Limeuil. Tremolat. canoe trips to the valley from castles.
Swimming etc.
Ideally located in the heart of the Sarlat Bergerac Périgueux Lascaux triangle
You can get there in around 30 minutes to these towns in the Périgord.
