Located in République district, one of Paris trendiest area, this very bright and cozy flat can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to animations and transports, a few minutes away by walk from Marais district, this apartment will be the perfect choice for a stay in the capital city.

This nice apartment, very bright thanks to its large windows, is situated on the 1st floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 40 sq. m and includes :
- a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, induction hobs, fridge, dish-washer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- Wi-Fi and TV (only Youtube)

Two steps away from Place de la République and close to Marais district, you won’t miss anything for a perfect Parisian stay. Plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, entertainments, theaters, concert halls, artistic shops… will be around. You will also be a few minutes away by walk or metro from Paris trendiest districts : Bastille, Belleville or Ourcq Canal. Week in Paris

The apartment was clean and as nice as advertised. We felt safe and very comfortable during our stay. The Metro on the corner was easy to use and convenient, but we felt the location for sightseeing was a bit far. We got around fine on the Metro but had to make several transfers to get to museums, etc.

Father-Daughter Trip to Paris

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful historic city. The apartment is perfectly located, clean and safe, and with excellent amenities. Jeremie was wonderful and very helpful throughout and stayed in close communication. The 11th Arron. is a perfect place to stay; safe, bustling, and with plenty of wonderful restaurants and in reasonably close proximity to all the important places in Paris and a metro station right outside the front door.

Good Value In a Great Neighbourhood

The space and location was great for our stay - we were out most of the time. Loved the bakery right across the street, all the interesting nearby shops, and the convenience of the Monoprix for extra toilet paper and tissues, and forgotten items. Our greeter was great, but communication with the agency seemed no existent, the promised fixed to the plugged sink never happened, and the odd deposit amount to the agency's 3rd party has yet to be refunded and there is no one to call about it.

Cute apartment in the 11th

The apartment was cute, clean, quiet, and, literally, 3 steps from a metro stop. Jérémie was very responsive to any communication we sent. We had issues with wifi and Jérémie ended up coming to the apparent to try to resolve the issue. This would be the one complaint, but it was entirely out of his control and he did his best to troubleshoot the problem. The property manager offered a late check out to compensate, which worked out perfectly for us. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer geräumigen Wohnung. Alles nötige ist vorhanden, vom Bügeleisen bis zum Regenschirm.Trotzdem man mitten in der Stadt in der ersten Etage wohnt hält sich der Geräuschpegel in GrenzenGrenzen

Het was prima en schoon. Contact was vriendelijk en kundig. Foto’s tonen altijd groter dan was hier wel heel erg. Het was een stuk kleiner dan het leek. Bed in slaapkamer aan de korte kant. Tafel en stoelen wel gammel.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in belebter Lage mit perfekter Anbindung

Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter, sehr hilfsbereit, Wohnung wie beschrieben direkt an einer Metro-Station bzw. nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Republique, Geschäfte, Bäcker etc. in direkter Umgebung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Wohnung war ideal für uns zwei Einzelpersonen. Zwei Betten in zwei Zimmern. Küche (fast) perfekt eingerichtet. Lage ideal - Metro und Busstation vor der Haustüre. Verkehrsberuhigte Strasse (wenn dann mal die Baumassnahmen vor den Zimmern beendet sind...) Schallschutzfenster. Heizung und Warmwasser perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Einen Extradank und 10 Sterne (!) für Jeremy, der trotz unserer Verspätung geduldig auf uns gewartet und immer freundlich und sofort auf unser Anliegen reagiert hat.
