The building and common areas were very old and showed the age. The beach is beautiful. The view from the balcony was great but the central air conditioning unit is on the balcony which means the noise and hot exhaust from the a/c unit made sitting on the balcony very unpleasant. The location is good and the beach is great but that's all this place has to offer.

I did not give 5 stars because they left dirty sheets on the bed. When I took them off, the mattress cover was very soiled. They replaced the pad. We washed the sheets ourselves. I should NEVER have to do that. Everything else was great.

We stayed with RealJoy for our honeymoon for 4 nights which was originally supposed to be 6. Due to the hurricane we unfortunately had to delay it until Wednesday because they said they wouldn’t take check ins until then. However, we still had an absolute blast and we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean, spacious with ours being only one bed 2 bath, plenty of amenities to explore and so much more. We probably should’ve checked more of the descriptions when it came to renting out beach chairs, paying to do our laundry and not being able to get extra towels. We weren’t prepared for any of that but we handled it by going down the road to Mobby Dicks and got 9.99 chairs lol. The laundry, we didn’t notice they left a laundry detergent bar until literally the last night. It’s not a huge problem. Like I said we were able to wash them after getting some change. Overall still a beautiful place to stay and would recommend!! We loved our stay. Thank you RealJoy

Amazing condo and location!

The condo had everything we could need right at our fingertips, it was so clean and close to everything, especially the beach! Not to mention the stunning views. We met the manager on our way out and she was very sweet!
