The villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (double bed 160cm), 1 convertible sofa on the mezzanine 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and shower, large living room with 1 sofa and chaise longue and 4 armchairs, large very well equipped kitchen, terrace partly covered with blind, pocket mosquito nets on all windows in the lower part of the villa. Indoor parking for 3 cars, garden,
heated swimming pool (10 x 4) and jacuzzi (2 x 2). Summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue
Cleaning fees to be paid on arrival 180 €
Deposit of 3000 € by bank check returned at the latest 1 week after the end of the stay

Great house and terrific hosts! Lovely outside area, especially the outdoor kitchen. Short walk to a grocery store and shopping mall. Good location to explore Nice, Antibes, Cannes etc.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten und glücklichen Urlaub benötigt. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit schönes Wetter und haben daher den Außenbereich mit Außenküche, großen Essbereich, Sofas, Infinity Pool, beheizten Whirlpool, Meerblick etc. sehr genossen. Auch im Haus, war es sehr angenehm und wohnlich. Das Haus ist sehr gut lokalisiert. Der Supermarkt ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt, hat ein fantastisches Angebot an frische Fische und andere Produkte und ist auch noch durchgängig, 24/7 geöffnet! In wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto waren wir an der wunderschönen Strandpromenade von Cagnes-sur-Mer. Dort gab es immer viele und unkomplizierte Parkmöglichkeiten, so dass es auch für die, die nicht gerne viel laufen, Spaß gemacht hat an den Strand zu gehen. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung! Wir möchten dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.
