our first tree house, sleeping bear, plan on buliding 8 of these on our property, next one is called blue heron. open loft bedroom with king bed , and a sleeper sofa in livingroom, nice hot tub to enjoy the outdoors and views of the lake, no sunday check ins no smoking inside of any kind wash dishes before leaving

we manage the property ourselves and i live about 14 miles there .

we are around 18 miles from downtown chattanooga

This was our second stay at Sleepin Bear! We love this little cabin and will continue to come back. It’s the perfect distance away from the busy part of Chattanooga, but close enough to get where you wanna go in a short time. The cabin is so cute, clean, organized, and I love that it’s Christian-owned!! Owners are super responsive and kind. Hot tub is fantastic!

My stay at the Sleepin’ Bear Cabin was excellent. It’s a great little spot that had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. I was a bit concerned at first about the rustic style, but the cabin surprised me with its modern amenities, spotless interior, and overall comfort.The hot tub was a highlight, especially after long days of exploring the area and hiking the nearby trails.Thanks for a great stay — I’d happily return!

We enjoyed our stay at Sleeping Bear. This was our second stay at the cabins- previously stayed at the owl cabin.We love the property because it is centrally located to Chattanooga and Cloudland Canyon. The hot tub was excellent after our hike. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed for basic food prep. The cabin was very cute and clean. Would definitely recommend staying at this place for a weekend to unwind :)

This cabin was perfect for a quick getaway but would be even better to enjoy longer! My son and I loved everything about it! Super clean and cozy!

The cabin was spotless and easy to get to, and perfectly situated to have a quieter setting but still be close enough to the city and attractions. We had an issue when we first arrived which was no fault of the hosts. The host responded immediately and took care of it. Overall this is an excellent place to stay!
