You'll love this spacious and beautiful home that can sleep up to 18 guests! Lightning fast (100mb) internet will support all your devices. Located on the north end of Carlsbad just minutes from most of the restaurants in the city and only a thirty minute drive to the Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Relax with your family or group in this four bedroom house featuring 2 king beds, 1 queen, a bunk bed room with four full size beds, and two sofa queen size beds.

The space
All brand new rustic furniture is super comfy with southwestern flair. Big screen TVs in every bedroom, that will stream all your favorite cable tv shows. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade game will keep the kids entertained. Two full size dining tables that can seat 13, and an outside covered patio that can seat 6. The house is stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, and modern appliances. Washer and Dryer Room with ironing board. Beautiful Spacious bathrooms. Pack n Play is available for babies/toddlers. We've made sure to add all the comforts of home to enrich your stay and are very responsive to the needs of our guests

Carlsbad has many great tourist attractions, starting with world famous Carlsbad Caverns National Park, the Pecos River (for swimming, fishing, water sports, Christmas on the Pecos), Guadalupe Mountains, Sitting Bull Falls, Living and Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park, and much more!

Host was very responsive when we had an issue with a bathroom toilet flushing. He sent someone over and fixed it right away. House was clean and in a great location. Plenty of towels for all of us and easy check out.

We were a large family of 4 generations and it was wonderful to be together in one place. Only thing I saw missing was it could use an extra couch in living room. We had a perfect family vacation. Families from 3 states met up and shared Christmas.

The property was beautiful and spacious plenty of room, and the rooms were all good size! They provided plenty of pillows and towels for a big group which was wonderful! The bunkbeds were great and pretty much all the beds were very comfortable and had very comfortable pillows as well the floors were nice and clean!A few things that put a damper on the trip:1. The enclosed backyard has an ant problem, our kiddos had to come in after getting many feet and ankle bites.2. The Internet is very unreliable. Not being able to play in the backyard, we attempted throughout the day to put on a movie and either were not able to connect to the Internet at all and the rare occasion it did work, it was only for a few minutes and then would drop the connection3. Throughout our stay, we kept stepping on bullhead thorns stuck in the bedroom carpets. We would leave our shoes at the door to not track them in, but there was quite a few still. 4. Some of the lamps in the room were very touchy and would flicker and go out making it inconvenient to relax with dim lighting and settle in for bed. The thermostat was not working and the AC was constantly running making it uncomfortably cold. Thankfully, the host was helpful in getting an AC repair man on the job and able to get it fixed! We had a group of 8 and the house was very spacious for us. Comfy beds. You can tell this place has been rented out for a while, some things missing / wobbly and have seen better days, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again if I had a big group!

Amazing comfortable beds

This place was fantastic. The beds were phenomenal. We rented this for graduation. We were able to walk the Graduation at the high school! We had a large group of people of all ages. The bunk room was excellent for the kids, and the living and dining room areas were awesome to hang out in and spacious the couches were also pull out beds.

Mostly great!

My family and I stayed three nights here and it was mostly great! The house was nice and clean. The bunk room was great for the kids and the Ninja Turtle game was a hit! There were a few communication issues. I messaged the host about a few concerns and only got automated messages in return. It would have been nice to get a real answer. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was nice. Overall, a nice stay!

Bathrooms were not clean upon arrival. Trash around property. Kitchen grimy and appliances not cleaned upon arrival. Sheets and linens were fine however the overall cleanliness of property was well below expectation.

Great space for large family

We enjoyed a family reunion in Carlsbad and this house provided exactly what we needed in terms of a space to house 9 kids and 9 adults. Both the indoor space and the fenced yard gave the kids plenty of room to play, create, and bond. Beds were comfy and spacious, and the house was VERY clean. The amenities aren't frivolous like you may find in other vacation rentals, but the basics were covered. The kitchen isn't super well stocked, but the basics are covered for sure. With what was there and some paper plates/cups/utensils, we cooked 3 dinners, 3 breakfasts, and packed up lunches to take on our adventures. If we were going to the same location next time, I would absolutely try to rent this place again!

Grand adobe stay

The trash was full when we got there and nobody came to get it during our stay. The toilet in one of the restrooms was also broken. We had to manually flush it. The switch in the other bathroom did not work so the light would stay on and it was also heating up a lot. Overall it was a great stay in a nice neighborhood but just in need of a few home improvements.
