Habitation dans son jus... Il ne faut pas chercher une trop belle déco... Malgré tout maison trÚs agréable avec des chambres spacieuses munies d'un cabinet de toilette.Par contre attention, une chambre avec des lits superposés (à savoir car non décrit dans l'annonce).TrÚs large équipement de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine ! Il ne manque rien.La cerise sur le gùteau c'est la proximité du centre-ville.Nous reviendrons !!!

Maison trÚs trÚs bien équipée et trÚs spacieuse trÚs bon emplacement centre ville , dommage que les meubles sont vieux mais trÚs bien pour un petit séjour en plein centre du touquet , tout est à cÎté bonne boulangerie au bout poissonnerie excellent un petit casino rien à dire à refaire l an prochain merci

ArrivĂ©e rapide faite par la SERGIC Une fois que je me suis rendue compte que la tĂ©lĂ© ne fonctionnait pas j’ai appelĂ© l’agence qui m’a fait patiente jusque lundi pour finalement ne pas trouver de solution Le mĂ©nage Ă©tait mal fait La literie inconfortable J’ai passĂ© mon temps Ă  la SERGIC pour finalement devoir supporter le problĂšme de la tĂ©lĂ© et je dois attendre 3h la venue du technicien free qui n’est jamais venu comme le contrat Ă©tait rĂ©siliĂ©e de la box Pas de vacances un cauchemar avec un dĂ©part anticipĂ©

Gute Lage, Probleme mit Service und Sauberkeit

Leider war ĂŒber die gesamte Mietdauer anders als im Inserat versprochen kein Internet verfĂŒgbar. Auf Seiten des Vermieters waren keine ernsthaften BemĂŒhungen erkennbar, etwas daran zu Ă€ndern. Das Haus selbst empfing uns mit durchdringendem FĂ€kalgeruch (offensichtlich wurde ĂŒber Wochen nicht nach dem Objekt gesehen, die GeruchsverschlĂŒsse waren komplett ausgetrocknet). Im KĂŒhlschrank haben wir verdorbene Lebensmittel vorgefunden, in fast allen SchrĂ€nken waren abgelaufene Lebensmittel gelagert, es war kaum Platz fĂŒr eigene Lebensmittel. Daneben gab es ein Problem mit Insekten. Das Haus ist dringend renovierungsbedĂŒrftig (abblĂ€tternde Farbe, sich ablösende Tapete in mehreren RĂ€umen, ramponierte Möbel, Geruchsprobleme im Schlafzimmer). Leider hat der Vermieter auf unsere Beschwerden bislang nicht reagiert, Kundenzufriedenheit scheint ihm nicht besonders wichtig zu sein.

La situation idéale

La maison est loin du style touquetois et est hĂ©las dans 'son jus'. Les plus : - Localisation idĂ©ale proche mer /commerces sans les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments - grande idĂ©ale 6 personnes voir 8 - Ă©quipement plutĂŽt complet mĂȘme si plutĂŽt vieillot - le garage Les moins : Un gros rafraĂźchissement Ă  prĂ©voir. Literie de faible qualitĂ© Manque d assises partie salon si nombreux. En rĂ©sumĂ©, une grande maison bien placĂ©e mais qui a besoin d un coup de frais. Le prix est en consĂ©quence donc cela reste une location intĂ©ressante.
