Beautiful backyard with large deck facing the pool and spa with several large oak trees. High ceilings throughout with large windows and beautifully furnished, this 2300 sq ft single family home has charm and an open, yet cozy feel to it. The house is located in the center of McKinney 1/2 hour north of Dallas. Near major freeways, it has all types of entertainment with good restaurants nearby. The downtown historical square attracts people from all over Texas.

Nice home! Great area.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Did not realize that the pool would not be open, but no big deal as we stayed plenty busy anyways. Best stocked house we have ever stayed in! Comfy beds and cozy towels too. Would recommend for a family!

Nice house needs more seasonal information

We booked this home because it had pool and looked lovely from the photos. Which in fact is a nice home and very personalized. The neighborhood is even more lovely than we imagined. We were disappointed that the pool was non operational and that was not discussed to us prior to booking. Cleaning crew could have been more thorough. Roger kept in communication with us throughout our stay as needed, but overall satisfied with our stay. I advise you read the house rules/operations on the coffee table as soon as you as you arrive. We missed the trash by a day.

Super accomodations

The house is older but exceptionally kept up with warm and very well furnished rooms. All the amenities in a quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and activites.

I am an older guy, former Navy carrier pilot, graduated from the University of California with many years in the electronics industry and now retired.. My wife died a few years ago and I am renting our house while I live nearby.

Aside from the description of the property, (see separately) I have maintained this house in excellent condition over the years with upgrades and diligent maintenance. It is deep cleaned between rentals with special attention to enhanced cleaning protocols.. You will find that it is fully equipped and a place to relax and have fun. I am a good communicator and am available whenever needed.
