It s also under 2 miles from the Cotton Mill, Cotton Gin, and near other wedding Venues! McKinney is located just north of Allen, Plano, Richardson and Dallas and East of Frisco, The Colony, etc.
The home has been recently updated with granite counters, new paint, new carpet, and all new furnishings. It features 2 bedrooms with queen size memory foam mattresses, 1 queen size pull-out couch in the living area, and 1 full bathroom with shower / tub combo. What makes this property unique
Located in the heart of downtown McKinney. Surrounded by beautiful historic homes full of character and charm. If possible I highly reccomend taking a walk through the streets to admire the homes and enjoy the downtown shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, winery's, pubs, and farmer's market. This is truly one of the most unique areas in the Dallas Metroplex.
