About this property

The charm, tranquility and space of a park of 2 hectards, the heated pool.

Authentic farmhouse of the XVIIIth century, a producer of perfume flowers.
Restored with charm and comfort.
Amid a 2-hectare park in a protected natural area.
3 double rooms and two double suites with option 2 double sofas.
Absolute quiet just 4 km from the center of Grasse, the restaurant and all trade.
Private terraces for each room. Large heated swimming pool of 18 m by 5 m.
For organizational reasons, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Covid-19: a cleaning and disinfection protocol is in place to secure the house. In particular the use of a high pressure cleaner (120 °). all rooms in the house are disinfected with Ozone. Barrier gestures must be strictly observed at reception and at departure. This protocol may cause arrival delay of one hour or more. We all do our best to make your stay as peaceful as possible.

A very nice place to live and stay on holiday

We have been 14 people for age 3 til 73 and enjoyed this wonderful place and all its equipments. The swimming poll was excellent (and necesarry with 35 degrees ..), the sleeping rooms nice and comfortable with good space and the kitchen/eating areas very good). The surroundings are great and "everything" within short distance. Nice hosts! We recommend the place both to families and friends!

Warm reception and readily available support and information without intrusion from Olivier and Roberto. The traditional but functional home is well laid out for an extended family visit with common areas interior and especially exterior where we ate most of our meals. Easy retreat for each family unit to their quarters each with bathroom/toilet and individual balconies. Extra large salt water pool most welcome in the hot season. The kids loved exploring the spacious and well-tended terraced property.

Charmerende stor gammel bolig på stor ugenert grund og flot udsigt

Skønt ophold for 13 personer . Store gode værelser med fine badeværelser og udgang til dejlig teresse. Køkkenet ikke stort men med velfungerende hvidevarer . Perfekt udekøkken og det var kun det vi brugte hver dag . Fint med 3 store køl/fryseskabe . Alt ialt et perfekt ophold med trods temp op til 38 gr Fantastisk pool område med perfekt udstyr incl poolhus med køleskab

Beautiful location and property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our party of 12 including 8 kids aged 7 to 18 years. Clean and all en-suite bathrooms. The pool is generous in size and we cooked entirely in the outdoor kitchen. Great location for all the little french villages and day trip by train to Monaco and Italy. Thank you Xavier!

Perfect Holiday Destination

We stayed and this lovely property in July 2018. There were ten of us in all but room for plenty more. The location is ideal for exploring the Cote D'Azur, being around ten minutes inland from the A8 above Cannes. Each bedroom is like a self contained apartment with it's own bathroom, terrace, fridge, tea and coffee facilities and air conditioning. The pool area is the best of any property I have stayed at and the outdoor kitchen and dining area means you don't have to use the one indoors in good weather. Xavier and his partner were very welcoming and Xavier speaks good English. Beware some tricky steps down to the pool and in the house up to the bedrooms. This is the best of many places we have stayed in this locality and I would thoroughly recommend it.
