Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment of 70m2, comfortable & modern, ideally located on the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator, and has a magnificent full sea view. The apartment is air conditioned, it is fitted with double glazing and has new bedding.
1 big bedroom with balcony & A/C, 2 single beds which can be reunited, 1 smaller bedroom without AC, with 1 double bed, nice bathroom with walk-in shower and basin, big living-room with AC, open kitchen and dining room with sea view terrace. Direct access to the beach and close proximity to the Sainte-Hélène tram station. Ideal for couples, families, business trips.

Price reduction due to facade renovation between mid-August and the end of October 2025: Scaffolding was erected behind the balcony with sea view in July 2025. Renovation work will take place from mid-August until the end of October 2025. Access to the balcony with sea view may be restricted during the work and there may also be noise disturbance. The price shown takes into account possible disturbances.

The apartment is ideally located facing the sea. The building has a main entrance on the Promenade des Anglais and a secondary entrance on avenue de la Californie opposite the Saint Hélène tram stop. Access to the airport in 5 minutes and to the old town in 10 minutes. Many shops nearby. The apartment consists of an entrance with plenty of storage space, a large living / dining room with an open kitchen, one sofa bed which can accommodate 2 persons , large flat screen, air conditioning, terrace with view over the entire bay of Nice to St Jean Cap Ferrat, an air-conditioned bedroom with two single bed (new bedding) which can be put together, a balcony, a second bedroom with one double bed (no AC) and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and separate toilet. The apartment has Wifi with Orange fiber and is fitted with double glazing and air conditioning. It's close to public transportation and located in front of the public beach.

Superb location on the Promenade des Anglais overlooking the Baie des Anges with the convenience of being at the Ste. Helene tram stop. The apartment itself was functional and comfortable and Clara and her staff were always kind and helpful.

The wow factor of this place is definitely the view and location with the high ceilings that give a real feeling of space, and the fact that the apartment has everything needed for a nice break. Clara is a fantastic host, efficient and amenable. The air con was a bonus too. For a short break, being so close to the airport yet in easy reach of the city is fantastic! The Nice public transport is really great! We so hope to be back!

Cute property with easy access to beach and Nice center

The apartment is steps away from the beach on one side and by the tram on the other side. The place is clean, has all the amenities you need, and very spacious. We're a family of four and had plenty of space. The hostess is great also. Any questions we had, she answered promptly. I miss the view from the little balcony!

Nice dream

A very well located apartment with spectacular views and plenty of room compared to a hotel. We stayed in the same area in May of 2022 in a one bedroom and need a 2 bedroom this time as our daughter and a friend stayed with us for part of the trip. The daily walks on the boardwalk are truly a joy with multiple choices for casual meals at the many restaurants. Great location to visit other areas along the French Riviera including Ez, St. Tropez, Monaco etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Clara the owner was very helpful when we had questions.

Clara was excellent with all communication and made herself available early on your first day as we had a early morning flight She gave us the a tour of the apartment that morning and explained how and where everything was and worked The apartment was clean and the views of Mediterranean breathtaking loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea The apartment was only 15 minutes away by tram or a walk which took only 45 minutes Two entrances front to the bus and back to the tram which covers all of Nice wherever we decide to go Loved your holiday and the rugby World Cup sad to leave if you wish to stay here have a great time as we did
