I was bon and have lived in Majorca most of my life although I have spent some time studying in London. I am an artist and have taken the restoration of this house as a life-project.
Why they chose this property
This Finca (Manor House) has come down to me through 5 family generations. When it came to me I took it as a life purpose to totally renovate it and make of it is a little paradise on earth which it now is, so it has my whole heart in it for the enjoyment of those who like to be in very special places. I did put all my knowledge and sensitivity as an artist when refurbishing and decorating the houses to the very last detail is like a work of art.
What makes this property unique
It is a totally authentic and one of a kind house. It is an oasis at a stone trhrow from Palma, its size and features makes it an unforgettable place to be in. It owns a huge plot of land which affords total privacy, calm and peaceful, a sensation to be timeless and at the same time in 15 minutes you can be in Palma's historic center or at the beach in Pto. Soller
