Apartment T3, with private garden, in the heart of the Domaine de la Pironniere, between the pines and the beach. Two bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with washing machine) and separate toilet, all on 40m2. A private parking space. A garden with two terraces. Quiet accommodation in a dead end, with pedestrian access to paths leading to the beach. Non smoking property. Animals are not allowed. Small consumables are provided. The linen can be offered for rent (15 euros per person per stay).

Arrivée facile, photos très précises pour trouver les clefs . Propriétaires très réactifs et sympathiques. Le logement est très bien pourvu et agréable. Le jardin est appréciable et la mer à côté ! Nous y étions avec des enfants en bas âge et on nous a fourni un lit parapluie et un réhausseur gentiment. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Logement bien placé et très calme, extérieur très agréable. Bémols : - pour le wifi, location choisie en partie pour cette option mais la plupart du temps inexistant, impossible pour du télétravail. - pas de fenêtre dans la petite chambre (avec la chaleur, nos 2 grands ados devaient dormir la porte ouverte sur la cuisine sans volet)

Une semaine agréable aux sables d'Olonne

La propriété de situe au rez de chaussé de la maison du propriétaire mais il n'y a pas de vis à vis avec celui-ci. L'appartement est conforme à la description, bien équipée et plutôt joli. Le quartier est calme et la plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Le propriétaire est aimable et arrangeant. Je recommande
