Full private access to fenced in yard, heated in-ground pool with spa, screened lanai, washer/dryer, tvs in all rooms, cable/wifi, off street parking. Close to the airports, restaurants, schools, shopping, beaches, spring training stadiums and natural and historic experiences.

Each room is furnished with a little bit of modern and a little bit of vintage. Whether you stay in the Classic Beach room or the Olde Florida room, the comfy beds and convenient amenities will make your stay even better. April vacation

we were there in April for vacation. We found the house had everything we needed, kitchen appliances were like new and had all utensils needed. The location was very good, many restaurants nearby and a short drive to the Sanibel beaches. We were most happy with the pool as we are northerners and welcomed the refreshing swims. loved the en-suite bedroom as well. The house was clean and well stocked. We would not hesitate to rent it out again.

Nice house

It’s hard to review since they just had the hurricane. The yard was messy and a neighbor’s house has an expletive written on the window but the house worked for our needs. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well stocked.

Enjoyed Our Stay

My husband, small dog, and I stayed at this house for about 11 days, end of January into February. The house is well stocked and has plenty of kitchen items, towels, washer/dryer, etc. Beds were comfortable. Everything was in working order. Neighborhood is safe. The best part: the POOL! It was absolutely delightful, and we spent every day in it even though the temps on some days dipped into the 60s in the afternoon. (The pool is heated.) Another plus: The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had within minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

Very sufficient and affordable

The property is really nice for the price. Decor is quite dated, which is not a factor for our enjoyment but might be if an updated look is important to a traveler. Everything was clean and in working order. We slept on couches without pulling out the sleeper mattresses so cannot comment on the mattresses, but the couch cushions were fine. Location is very ideal, close to beautiful Lakes Park and a short drive to the beaches. Neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Lanai and porch are lovely, though we didn’t have time to try the pool. Windows are old and not real sound proof, but not an issue for us, as the weather was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. Owner Jodi very quick to respond to inquiries and very helpful. Would recommend to others, and will stay again if in Ft. Myers.

We had a very nice stay. The pool was our favorite part. The location was good. With traffic it did take a little bit more time to get to Fort Myers beach but we came at a busy time (Spring Break) and we just planned for extra travel time. Other close locations were: Sanibel Island and Lovers Kay. Jodi was great to communicate with. She always answered questions very quick!

Traveling during a pandemic

I am a travel nurse that rented this property for 3 months for work. Jodi communicated extremely well to us. The home had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. You are about 15 minutes from the beach. The pool and lanai area was our favorite place to hang out! There were personal touches for us and our dog which were very thoughtful! Would rent from her anytime!

Nice getaway

Quiet neighborhood 20-30 mins from most local attractions. Home was comfortably furnished. The lanai and pool area was our favorite spot to relax with morning coffee and to watch the birds and a good sunrise! The owner , Jodi, was very responsive to any of my questions from the time I booked the property to the end of our stay. Sad to go home

Why they chose this property

My parents built this house in 1975 and I grew up in this house until I graduated high school. My dad passed away in 2012 and my mom recently was diagnosed with dementia and could not live alone anymore. We enjoyed 40+ years of memories in this house so we decided to rent it out to other vacation lovers for their enjoyment.

Private house with a separate screened lanai and heated pool. Has a fenced in backyard. Ample parking for 4 cars. Close to many activities such as restaurants, shopping and beaches.
