This is a very clean and comfortable condo. We had no issues while there. The balcony and view are spectacular as advertised. Julie was very responsive during the rental process and truly did not mind being contacted. Pelican Beach Resort has some lovely pools but we stayed with the beach. The cafe was handy too. Would definitely rent here again

Lovely decor. Very clean place. Beach chairs and umbrella provided by owner were an added bonus vs paying for rental chairs through LDV. Overall a great place and a lovely host. Location is perfect with ocean front view and direct beach access.

The condo was beautiful. Very comfortable accommodations. They even had an air fryer which we loved. Julie was so easy to contact about our general questions. You will not regret your stay. I like staying at a place that makes you really feel like you are at the beach. The place was so clean so if you take pride in your own home and pride yourself in living in a clean, neat environment you will love this. My husband was so impressed.
