2 rooms of 36m2 with terrace (south-west) secure parking in SS.
Living room with: 1 TV, 1 sofa bed, 1 table and 4 chairs.
Bedroom with double bed of 140 and dressing room. Pillows provided,
duvet cover.
Shower room with washing machine and storage.
Separate WC.
Kitchenette including: 2 hot plates, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary dishes and utensils. Household products (washing up liquid, sponge, cleaning products).
Access to Ile de Ré: 9 mins by car.
Shopping centers: 5 min.
Optional bed and household linen to be defined according to the number of people.
reservation: lease contract, deposit check. Security deposit: 400 €
- an end-of-stay cleaning deposit check
you will be asked on arrival: 50 € (returned if the apartment is in a good state of cleanliness).
