Pretty and typical Rochelaise stall, for 4 to 6 people, very pleasant and bright, with a small terrace, in a quiet and sought after area of La Rochelle, bordering the parks 20 minutes walk from the historic center and the sea.

Perpendicular to the street, it runs alongside a adjoining passage with the neighboring house at the bottom of the plot and which is also occupied by holidaymakers.

The proximity of the parks, access to the beach, to the city center, to the old port, make it possible to forget the car and access any place while walking.
