21 m2 studio with adjoining wooden terrace of 24 m2, located in a typical Cap Ferret garden: arbutus trees, mimosas, pines… .. Comfort and calm in the heart of nature. Adjoining the owners' residence, with independent access.
The terrace designed as a real living room: arranged as a summer lounge, ideally exposed in the morning and semi-shaded in the afternoon, where it is pleasant to read, cook on the plancha ...

The garden area has an outdoor shower, closed cabin style and intimate to take a hot shower when returning from the beach, hidden in lush vegetation.
Equipped kitchen area with view of the trees and the garden. Living room as an extension of the terrace with lounge, table, TV. Double bed of 140, integrated harmoniously into the living room. Walk-in shower, basin, and separate wc.

The location of the studio is ideal: near the Pointe neighborhoods, 44 hectares, not far from the oyster village.
Halfway between the beaches of the basin (Mimbeau) and the Ocean.
5 mins by bike from the market and the pond,
5 mins walk from the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
You can easily get around on foot or by bike.

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce studio. C'est un endroit magnifique avec sa grande terrasse au milieu des arbres où l'on peut prendre le soleil, manger à l'ombre des voiles et (la nuit) "se perdre dans les étoiles". A 2 minutes à vélo du centre-ville ou de la dune de l'océan. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Studio très romantique avec merveilleuse terrace au milieu des arbres dans un "quartier" plus silencieu du Cap (sud du phare). Proprietàires sympas et disponibles. Merci de tout.

Séjour épatant

La météo nous a permis de profiter un maximum de la superbe terrasse, entourée de pins et mimosas. les propriétaires étaient discrets mais attentifs au bon déroulement du séjour. Nous avons apprécié la douche extérieure pour les retours de plage. Une très bonne adresse.

Le cap ferret au calme

Le studio proposé est situé au milieu des 44 au niveau de la conche. A deux pas de l’océan et à 15 mn à pied du marché. Il est très fonctionnel et la terrasse est grandiose. La douche extérieure est juste le petit plus que j’adore Un lieu que l’on recommande

Très bon séjour dans un très belle region

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un accueil des propriétaires parfait. La location pour 2 est très chouette avec une belle terrasse si le temps est au rendez vous. En plus la location est très bien située pas loin du centre ville et au calme.

Sommer 2020

Der Aufenthalt in Cap Ferret war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir genossen die große Terrasse und nutzten regelmäßig die Outdoor-Dusche. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war unser Französisch zu schlecht um uns besser mit den Gastgebern zu unterhalten zu können.

Un véritable petit coin de Paradis

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sylviane et son époux . Leur jolie studio est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Propreté des lieux irréprochable. La terrasse est un vrai salon d été sublime sous les pins. ultra bien exposé .Environement tres calme et doux . Nous avons pu rayonner du bassin à l ocean en quelques minutes seulement .
