About this property

House of 2017 classified 3 * at the entrance of Ile d'Oléron with fenced garden, 5 minutes walk from the city center and close to supermarkets and beaches.

Thanks to its orientation, the house is bathed in sunshine all year round.

The living room, dining room and American kitchen are 40 m2 in all. The living room has two comfortable sofas and a large TV screen.
A Blu-ray player and board games allow children to pass the time on less sunny days.

You will find 3 comfortable bedrooms with closet and wardrobe in each one as well as large pillows (change of pillow covers between each rental) and duvets provided.
One bedroom contains a 140 cm bed and the other two have 2 x 90 cm beds to accommodate adults or children.

The shower room is made up of 2 sinks, the toilets are separate.

The heating is produced by a heat pump.

The terrace with barbecue, faces south with garden furniture and parasols.

Our land allows to park 2 vehicles.

New equipment: TV / Blu-ray player / microwave / washing machine / dishwasher / electric oven / induction hob / toaster / kettle / ironing board / coffee maker / hairdryer, pressure cooker ....

Optional household linen can be provided as well as cleaning upon departure and will be payable locally. Please contact us about this.

We do not have bikes but you can rent them at the tourist office.

Une très belle maison au calme et proche de toutes commodités

Il n'y a rien à redire, la maison est neuve et chaleureuse, il y a tous le confort nécessaire pour passer de très belles vacances, c'est au calme mais proche de toutes commodités. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons +++, vous ne serez pas déçu ;)

Maison neuve et fonctionnelle, pièce à vivre spacieuse. Le quartier est calme. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et joignables facilement. Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir des déjections canines dans le jardin, les enfants n’ont donc pas pu profiter de l’extérieur. De plus, il faisait très chaud dans la maison en fin de journée même en fermant tous les volets (31 degrés) car il n’y a aucun arbre dans le jardin. Cependant l’été était exceptionnellement chaud, peut-être que les températures sont plus supportables lors d’un été classique.
