Nice newly renovated house 100m from the beach.
New house of 120m reform, top quality finishes.
It consists of two floors, in the upper part three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning in each of them and a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower. A rear terrace with pool where you can relax taking a bath and a terrace in the front of the house all equipped with chairs and table.

🇬🇧Electricity costs: Electricity is charged separately based on usage. The rate is €0.45 per kWh.

The eco-tax of €2.20 per adult (aged 16 and over) is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

Great location and friendly host

Comfortable and clean property, very close to the beach and local shops. Plenty of parking spaces on the road. The host Francisca is extremely helpful and supportive.

Very excellent hous

The House was really lovely. We stayed there with two small children and enjoyed it very much. Francisca provided extra cups and plates for the children. The beach is very near and the road really quiet. We really recommend the house and would like to visit again.

Nice stay in Can Picafort

The Holiday-Trip in Can Picafort was really nice. The House with its two terraces and the pool is located just a couple 100 meters from the Beach - which you can see from the front terrace. The host was really nice und replaced a broken coffee machine within a couple of hours, which is an amazing service.

Amazing, peaceful place to stay, so close to beach

Accommodation was as described, perfect, comfortable. Spotless clean. Check-in process smooth. Nice welcome surprise such as red wine and quelitas. Location just perfect, so close to beach, so if you forgot anything just few steps to get back, great pizza next door and shop just behind corner.

Awesome House!

Really beautiful, cozy and clean house. More than enough space Parking wasn’t a problem Communication with Francisca was really nice and fast The only (slight) downside is, that there are only 6 plates, cups, knives,… But still I’d definitely recommend and we would love to book it again!

Absolutely wonderful!

From start to finish, we've had the best holiday. Communication was excellent. We arrived super early and the Francisca had the house ready for us, she went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, even a gift of red wine, milk and water was very much appreciated. The house was perfect for our family of 4, two adults and two teenagers, we lounged by the stunning pool most days and the shops, beach and restaurants were literally a 3 minute walk away. Air conditioning in every room was a bonus in the Majorcan heat. We had such a relaxing week and can't wait to return!

Brilliant family holiday

Brilliant location, few mins walk to beach and into the centre. Big supermarket 5 mins walk. The house itself is beautiful and very clean. Comfortable beds . Very cold pool as sun doesn't go on it but that's to be expected this time of year. Everything you need in a kitchen and francisca left us a bottle of wine and some water which is very generous thank you 😊

Family holiday to visit friends

Francisca was a great host. Her rental home was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we required for our stay. She even left milk, sparkling and still water, and a nice bottle of red wine 😁 She went out of her way to accommodate our stay, which was very much appreciated. Obviously Tourist Tax and electricity are extras, which are stated in the information, so we were aware before booking, and found the electricity to be reasonable, since we used the air conditioning quite a bit. We would definitely recommend Francisca’s place, and would definitely stay again if in the area. Regards and many thanks.

Perfect beachside retreat for a family vacation, but be mindful of the electricity costs!

We had a lovely stay overall. The location was perfect for a beach vacation, with the property just steps away from the shore. It’s an ideal spot if you want to enjoy a peaceful and private getaway with your family. The cleanliness of the place was commendable, except for the towels, which were stained. That was a bit disappointing. One thing to note is that the electricity costs were higher than expected. They charge separately for electricity, including an eco-tax, and the daily usage, especially from the pool and air conditioning, added up quickly. Despite these minor issues, we had a great time and would recommend it, particularly for those looking to relax without disturbances.

Excellent house near beach

Communication with the owner was fantastic. They allowed early check in and met us at the property for a really efficient and smooth check in process. The owner also answered my questions via the app before arrival really quickly! The property was clean and spacious. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops close by. The Italian restaurant on the corner less than a minute walk from the Villa was amazing. The pool in the garden was a decent size, perfectly fine for our 2 year old and 6 year old to play in. There is an extra charge for electric which I wasn't aware of when I booked. To be fair to the owner, it is contained in the 'more information' section in the app, I just hadn't opened it. The charge was also pretty reasonable, around 70 EUR for the week. Overall a really positive experience, a lovely villa with really good owners. Would definitely look to book again!

Hmmmm

Really nice house in a great area. It’s described as luxury but some things detracted. My main issue was that even though the rental was really expensive, we were horribly surprised to discover last minute that we were expected to pay electricity charges on top. It must have been in the tiny tiny print after we’d reserved and paid because I didn’t see it and when I first queried it with Vrbo, they hadn’t seen it either. Worst of all, the charges they asked us to pay were 400%more expensive than the average rate for the area at this time of year (we checked) We were asked to leave the money in cash at the end of our stay, which to be honest, felt like a side hustle to squeeze more money from guests. I checked later to see if this charge should have been more obvious to me but it wasn’t. I did see though that if I’d booked at another date, the charge now appears, but at a cheaper rate than was demanded of us. The decor is lovely downstairs but some basic things weren’t great; not enough large towels for the number of guests and a couple had holes in. One sun bed was broken. There was literally only one tea towel and when I asked for more, we weren’t given any. Only one bath mat for five guests for 12 days. Not enough controllers for the air con units in each room so you had to swap them around throughout the night or you were stuck with it on or off all night. Plenty of crockery, glasses etc. No jug for drinks. Didn’t find the hosts super friendly.

Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, schöne Wohnung, gut gelegen mit kurzen Wegen.Jedoch sollte man bei diesen Preis erwarten dürfen, dass alles bzw. der Strom inkl. ist, vor allem, wenn man den Pool nicht nutzt (waren nur am Strand), der aus Hygienegründen mindestens 10h am Tag laufen muss - da kommt was zusammen.Wenn man das mit dem Strom noch anders gelöst bekommt, dann gibt es eine 5/5!

Leuke vakantie gehad. Zeer goede communicatie met eigenares. Goed ontvangen en veel uitleg gekregen. Zeer net huis. Alles is aanwezig. Gelukkig was er airco. Jammergenoeg was 1 airco in de 3 slaapkamers stuk. Perfecte ligging: 200 m van het strand. Zeer aangenaam verblijf voor ons gezing met 5. Dank u wel!

Perfektes Haus

Tolles Haus in zentraler Lage. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zusätzlich war Fancisca jederzeit ansprechbar und hat tolle Restaurantempfehlungen gegegben.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind wirklich gut. Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle und der Strand sind in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Francisca war sehr gut! Vielen Dank. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Meer und der Promenade

Hallo zusammen, meine Frau und ich waren mit noch einem befreundeten Pärchen Anfang Oktober für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Es hat alles super geklappt von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Abreise. Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und man kann barfuß bis zum Strand laufen, hat einen Pool, Waschmaschine, Küche einfach alles da :-). Eine super Pizzeria ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das wahrscheinlich etwas mit den Abflüssen im oberen Bad nicht stimmt oder falsch installiert wurde, da es öfters hier nach Kanalgasen gerochen hat. Vor Stechmücken muss man sich auch in Acht nehmen, wir waren komplett zerstochen obwohl wir uns oft eingesprüht hatten. Trotzdem war es für uns ein perfekter und wunderschöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank nochmal und Grüße von den Lauers und Hedrichs

Super Lage! Nette Gastgeber!

Wir waren zu zweit. Dafür war es passend. Aber zu hochpreisig! Zu viert, passt es auch noch, wenn man sich im Bad gut versteht! Für eine Familie mit großen Kindern, auch ok. Mit kleinen Kindern wegen der Treppe, vielleicht nicht. Wir waren im September da und hatten doch so einige Mücken. Manchmal kamen wir mit klar, die Räucher Spierale hat manchmal geholfen. Der Pool ist ziemlich kühl, weil wohl nicht lange genug die Sonne drauf scheint.
