Provencal villa completely renovated on landscaped grounds of 2,750m2 with swimming pool, very close to the two Valescure golf courses.
On the garden level: entrance leading to a large open room including a 60m2 lounge and dining room, cloakroom and guest WC. Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace including a summer kitchen (plancha and barbecue) and giving access to the swimming pool.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, one with shower room and private WC, a bathroom and a WC.
Independent studio with an area of 30m2 with a large open room with kitchenette, bathroom, WC, washing machine.
Fully air-conditioned house and studio.
Table tennis table and ball court available.
Facing south.
Sports activities nearby (golf and tennis, 1 km), beaches (3km).
Mountain biking and hiking in the Estérel Massif.
