This condo was great...steps from the beach and it had everything we needed and wanted for a nice comfortable stay. The host is wonderful and responsive. If you book your stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Place was great and in perfect location between crabcake factory and the beach. Parking was great. The only reason why I was hesitant to leave a review because I don’t want it to be more popular and limit the amount of access for us in the future for booking

Great Spot in OC

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would definitely rent here again.

We loved staying here!

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting for a family trip and it was amazing! She let us check in an hour early and when we entered it was incredibly clean and smelled wonderful! I love how close it is to the beach! But if you are coming for July 4th, be aware it can get noisy from teens and such.

Nice condo, excellent location

Condo is adorable and well stocked with everything you need. Excellent location just steps from the beach. We really enjoyed staying here and plan to come again in the future.

Family trip

Perfect distance from the beach! Cathy was wonderful to communicate with and the check in process was so so easy. Spacious living room was perfect for hanging out and entertaining a toddler.

Wonderful stay just off the beach

This is an amazing property! Cathy and her family have a great spot and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach in a quiet part of OC. Everything was great, from the huge TV, to the beach stuff and more. We loved it!

PERFECT SPOT!

This was our second year staying here and once again it was 10/10! Very clean spacious condo and perfectly nestled between the beach and happy hour! Highly recommend! Will be staying next year for sure!
