Property is located in a residential area with 2 restaurants/bars less than 5 minutes walk. The photos do not tell the real story. The pool area is lovely, there is lots of outside space to relax or kids to play. There is an outside kitchen, bbq and dining area tooCommunication was excellent all throughout the booking and during our stay. We had a small issue where the kettle stopped working and had a new one delivered in less than two hours!The property is slightly older but very clean and had lots of supplies included to keep it that way.Would recommend to anyone.

A beautiful relaxing stay in Elche.

Pictures don't do the premises justice. It's better in real life. The grounds are beautiful, well-kept, and peaceful. The pool area is safe, with a locked gate, and there are several outdoor sitting areas, a toilet, and a shower. Indoors, it is well laid out, and even though every room doesn't have air conditioning, it was typically cool even in August. There are two living areas, a dining room, and the kitchen is well laid out. The bedrooms are comfortable, and even with four children, one of whom is an infant, it was very quiet. The owner was kind, helpful, responsive, and kept in touch throughout our stay. There aren't a great many local shops; however, Glovo and JustEat deliver everything you need. The very large shopping center is only a kilometer away, and the coffee shop is about 200 meters away. The beaches are about a 20-minute drive, the zoo is about a 15-minute drive, and Alicante is about a 15-minute drive. I can't recommend this place enough. If you have a large family and want a relaxing break in a beautiful home, then this is highly recommended.

Une adresse à retenir !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec ma famille dans cette superbe villa. Elle est spacieuse, confortable et très agréable. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et magnifique. Les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment agréables et reposant. La piscine est propre et très bien entretenue. Il y a un arrêt de bus devant la maison qui est très pratique pour rejoindre Elche rapidement. Un très grand merci à Mari Carmen pour sa flexibilité sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ et sa réactivité pour répondre à nos questions et sollicitations. Et un grand merci à Pepe qui prend soin des espaces extérieurs pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils. Une adresse à retenir et nous aurons grand plaisir à revenir!

Estancia acorde a su precio. Parcela grande y casa en buen estado

Pese a que el mantenimiento de la casa nos ha llevado algo mas de tiempo del que hubieramos querido, la estancia ha sido agradable. El trato con los propietarios correcto. Por si a alguien le quedan dudas, la casa tiene CUATRO dormitorios y un salon con unos sillones cama, pero poco usables por estar en plena zona de paso. La piscina es agradable, y la finca grande y con varios espacios para disfrutar. La conexion a internet no tiene mucho alcance, pero es potente y estable.

Casa muy ámplia en una sola planta. Cómoda, con un porche fantástico, jardines cuidados y piscina con jacuzzi. No menos importante, sus propietarios son encantadores y han estado atentos a nuestras necesidades en todo momento, satisfaciendo todas nuestras necesidades.

Villa had no hot tub or pool available as advertised. This is someone’s home not a rental property. Every draw, cupboard and bedroom was full of the owners personal belongings. Half the Vila’s was locked off, even though we had paid full rate. No fitness room as advertised also.

Pool and spacious gardens are the making of this villa

We were a party of 10 (two famillies) and we had an enjoyable stay at this villa. The pool is larger than average for a villa with a good deal of space to sunbathe. Both the pool and the spacious gardens were very well maintained by the gardener (Pepe) who called every second day. Our host Mari was very welcoming and responsive. The villa is very comfortable and air conditioned but as per previous reviews it has only 4 bedrooms rather than the 6 listed in the villa description - the sofas in the lounge areas convert to beds. There is a lovely seating area directly outside the villa; very relaxing to sit out there in the evening. Location is excellent - walking distance to a carrefour hypermarket and a large shopping centre with good access to the road network also. The centre of Elche is a c. 30 min walk away (short & reasonably priced taxi trip). Other than the fact that there was only 4 bedrooms (instead of the 6 advertised) we would recommend this villa.

Great stay for our big family

We had a wonderful stay in a far above average good holiday home. The landlord's service was impeccable. the house has a large garden, a great swimming pool, and a cozy area for relaxation. parking for several cars. a gardener came every other day to clean the pool, cut grass, and other work

The house was great and the pool was fantastic!! The decorations was very fun and the house had everything you could need. The grounds and yard were fantastic with a lot of nice places to sit outside and enjoy fresh air. The rooms were nice and one room had air conditioning. One concern is that the listing mentions 6 bedrooms, with two having sofa beds. However, there is only 4 bedrooms in the hosue. There are two sofa beds that are in den living areas that are good to sleep on, however they are not in private bedrooms. This worked out ok for our group - just wanted to share in case this could be an issue for others. Communication with the owners/property manager was fantastic and she was VERY helpful. Mari was a real pleasure!! Definitely recommend this rental!

The garden's amazing very private secluded home from home, the pool and grounds are very well looked after, the house has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday, it was very clean and well looked after close enough to walk to the shops and places to eat. The family that own this are very nice friendly people, we loved every minute of our week stay here in Aug 20016. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet family holiday away from the hussle and bussle of it all. its proper Spanish not touristy at all. Thank You Mari and Family

Endroit calme à l'écart de la ville. Agréable en famille et respect de l'intimité. A 5 min des commerces et 20 min de la plage et à peine 5 min du centre-ville de Elche. Villa propre qui respecte les critères de l'annonce et propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique.
