Air-conditioned villa with terrace
Individual rents house of 50 mÂČ (+ 25mÂČ terrace) in Saint Pierre la Mer with private pool at the residence. For 6 persons
Rental from Sunday to Sunday (avoid all traffic jams on Saturday)
Located 7 minutes walk from the beach and the daily market and backing onto the Clape massif.
House composed of:
- living room with fitted kitchen area (hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker ...) also fridge and large 4-drawer freezer.
- Sleeping area semi-closed by a wardrobe with a pull-out sofa (2 sleeps 1 person) and a TV
- separate WC
- Shower room with washing machine available and shower with window
- mezzanine with double bed, dressing room and storage area
- veranda with bz, TV corner, dining area opening onto the terrace.
The terrace is equipped with a garden sofa, high table and 4 armchairs, sunbathing area, barbecue and storage chest (with outdoor games), approximately 25mÂČ, facing south west.
We also provide:
- 2 adult bikes
- baby kit (cot + high chair + potty)
- library with books
A reserved parking space is located next to the terrace.
2 possible entrances: a kitchen side and a terrace side.
The residence is equipped with a swimming pool and pétanque courts.
