Direct access to the famous Mr Hulot beach for this charming T2 entirely renovated in 2020,

Located St Marc sur Mer, a very pleasant seaside resort close to La Baule, Pornichet, St Nazaire, Guérande and its salt marshes and less than an hour from Nantes,
All the shops are a few steps from the residence (restaurants, bars, café concert on Friday in season, bakery, tobacco, pharmacy and market every Thursday and Sunday)
It is also the starting point for many walks along the coast.

The 24 m2 apartment is located in a very quiet residence secured by badge can accommodate 4 people, it has all the necessary comfort to make you spend a pleasant holiday, Your bed will be made on your arrival and you will find linen toilet available,
The accommodation includes:

A main room with its fully equipped kitchen area (Induction Table, Fridge with freezer, Combined microwave / oven, Senséo coffee maker ...), table and chairs,

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Il est très bien agencé et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Il est très bien situé au bord de la plage et à proximité des commerces dans une résidence très calme. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir une place pour la voiture. Très joli appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et hyper propre . Nathaly est une hôte charmante ainsi que Jordan son fils . Hyper bien situé puisque vous êtes à 10 m de la plage et de tous les commerces . J’ai adoré le calme et les magnifiques ballades au départ de la plage de Mr Hulot célèbre de part son film de Jacques Tati en 1953 . Rien de tel que de se ressourcer dans ce petit coin de paradis où vous pourrez faire votre jogging le matin sur le chemin côtier et admirez ce magnifique panorama qui change au gré des marées , où tout simplement se promener à votre rythme . Une excellente adresse où je reviendrai certainement . Merci encore et à bientôt

Ce lieu est idéal. Même en pleine saison du mois d'août, calme et reposant. Belles balades a proximité et la plage de Mr Hulot a proximité immédiate et dans toute la splendeur de l'océan.

Appartement très sympa, fonctionnel, très propre, à deux pas de la plage pour ceux qui aiment se faire bronzer, et à proximité des villes plus ou moins grandes pour ceux qui aiment visiter comme nous. Proche Guérande, La Baule, Pornichet, St Nazaire, mais aussi plus petit comme La Turballe, Piriac, Le Croisic, Le Pouliguen (plage, port et jetée magnifiques), etc.... De belles ballades à faire à pieds ou à vélos. Avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, sympathiques. A conseiller.

La propriétaire et son fils sont très sympathiques, super communication et répondent très rapidement. Le logement, donnant accès direct sur la plage était tout simplement parfait. Hôtes très attentionnés. Une bouteille de cidre pour notre arrivée était dans le frigo. L’appartement est tout équipé, draps, serviettes, torchons, sèche cheveux, gel douche et machine à laver. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Mille merci pour ce super séjour!
