The Perfect Victorian (downtown)
This victorian style apt ( on the first floor) dates back to 1890. Recently restored with love and artistic touch. It is spacious, bright, and convenient, well kept the rare found of the original tin ceiling in the bedroom. Right in downtown, walkable to everywhere, 5 min to Main Street, Island explorer free bus stop, Village Green, library, museum, historical churches. 10 min to the waterfront with easy access to many restaurants and more.

- The sofa bed is a full size (recommended for no more than 140 pounds for your own comfort )

- Laundry room is on the first floor which is a corner room next to the stairway.
- Heating: Oil heating heats the whole building with one thermostat on the first floor with a locked screen due to problems in the past. It's very easy to send a request if an adjustment to the temperature is needed. Your comfort is our highest priority. Thank you for your understanding!
*** ATTENTION to OFF SEASON guests (Nov-April):
Laundry: No laundry. The laundry room(corner room) is shut down from Nov to April as it’s not insulated. Laundry Matt is within 3 min walking distance.
