Decorated with whimsy and wood, this property oozes with charm...Full living room, dining room and kitchen. A deck w/views, Gazebo and fire pit, hammock and a backyard w/mature pine and redwood trees that round out the experience. Minutes from hiking trails, San Francisco and Sonoma wineries are just 30 minutes away. Fairfax is also the gateway to west Marin, the birthplace of mountain biking. The town also boasts restaurants, movie theater and several bars that have great live music every night ...

Semi retired contractor, I've recently taken much more time off, to smell the roses as it were. So I'm getting out in the global arena more, hanging out with my family more and doing fun projects that I have put off for years!!!
Why they chose this property
120 has a very fine location...feels like the country but really , just minutes from town !!
What makes this property unique
Its just a very chill place, comfy, cozy ...There are many amenities outside and in... Outside there are many spots to sit and enjoy the serene views. There is a dart board, hammock, fire pit in the gazebo. There is also a 12 gear bike to use and parking in the carport. When I'm not on the premises, there will always be a property manager around. Max and Paula, a wonderful, fun couple live in the in- law unit downstairs.
