About this property
Ground floor apartment - ideal for people who prefer not to climb stairs
The Old Shop apartment is a ground floor apartment, ideal for couples or small families to explore the region with activities, beaches, cliff-top walks and the Lost Gardens of Heligan only minutes away. Perfectly located in the village close to the main car parks, the apartment is just a 200 metre level walk to the seafront and shops, but away from the pubs and restaurants to be quieter at night.
The apartment has double glazing throughout. In the lounge there is a 40 inch Freesat TV with DVD player (with lots of DVDs) plus an Xbox 360 (+ games).
The bedroom (at the back of the property) has a kingsize bed and a smart TV with Freesat satellite TV.
Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washer / dryer.
Dining area with table and chairs and TV.
The wet-room has a shower and under-floor heating.
We carry out cleaning ourselves and supervise our cleaners every single changeover day. We often get the apartment clean before 3pm (15.00) and we will let you know when the apartment will be ready on the day you are due to arrive.
Over 70% of the guests who stay in the Old Shop apartment are repeat guests who come back year after year.
All linen & towels and electricity included. Superfast WiFi throughout the apartment.
Saturday is our normal changeover day and we operate on a weekly basis (i.e. Saturday to Saturday).
Sorry, no pets allowed.
There are 2 car parks close by: The Sunny Corner car park (about 20 metres away) and the Willow car park (about 100 metres away). A discounted price permit will be available for the Willow car park. Please contact us for more information about parking.
If you have any questions about the Old Shop apartment, please ask and we will be glad to help.
We look forward to welcoming you to stay - John and Kate
