Over 3500 sq.ft. of luxury with an open floor plan, two separate living room areas, spacious and modern kitchen, two large decks with sweeping views of Folly's spectacular marshes, modern electronics, and very comfortable furnishings. Public beach access is a short walk away as well as a nice recreation park that has a great kids playground, tennis court and basketball court. This home will suit even the most finicky vacationer. There is a shared crabbing/fishing dock for use as well! Two car garage with remote door opener, gas grill and beach chairs provided for Guests use.

We had a great stay at Heavenly Blue! Lots of space, amazing marsh views, well-stocked kitchen, and all comfy beds. Close to town for restaurants and bars, and a ahort walk to the beach. Love coming to Folly Beach and would stay again at Heavenly Blue!

Awesome Folly Beach House!

This was our family’s 4th time staying at this house. We had a group of 14 and had plenty of space. It’s a quick walk to the beach/town and backs up to the inter coastal, so great opportunity for sunset viewing and crabbing! Thanks for having us Bob!

Great weekend!

The house was beautiful and provided plenty of space for everyone in our group. We were even able to enjoy yoga on the back porch with the view of the marsh. There were more stairs than we expected and parking was a bit tight with all the vehicles we had, but the garage accommodated four cars easily enough. All in all, a wonderful stay!

NYE Wedding Weekend

Family vacation

Family of 10 vacationing together for the first time! Ohio, Virginia and Tennessee. We had a great time. The third floor bedroom is fantastic. Kept the younger ones entertained with a movie so the adults could enjoy the deck watching a beautiful sunset! Highly recommend!

The marsh girls

We celebrated my sister this past weekend at heavenly blue and we can’t stop talking about it! The house was great, the beds were so comfortable, and we hardly left the deck over looking the marsh! They kitchen was stocked with utensils and plates and mugs for all, and the view was incredible!! We had the best time, the house did not disappoint!!

A Family Affair

This vacation rental was perfect for our family. From grandparents to grandkids and everyone in between, there was space for everyone including plenty of beds, a huge kitchen, multiple eating areas, and a back deck with views that didn't quit. The nightly sunset was the chef's kiss. Add to that highly responsive owners (which is key when traveling with a large party of picky people!) and we couldn't have chosen a better place for our family vacation. So many wonderful memories were made; thank you for sharing your wonderful home with our family.

This home exceeded my family and I expectations it was a little pricey but we definitely enjoyed this home. We brought groceries and our own pots and pans but everything you need is inside the home. Linens was very limited but we definitely washed them at night. We will book this home again it’s right where all the festivities are. Thank you

2023 Citadel Graduation Celebration

This property was a perfect location to celebrate our son's graduation from the Citadel. The views from the deck did not disappoint and the sunsets were unforgettable. The house easily accommodated all of our guests comfortably. The upstairs area was perfect for the graduates to "crash" with the couches and extra room. The graduates were able to walk home from the downtown area which made it very convenient. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. My family and I will definitely rent this beautiful Folly Beach home again.

Family Christmas

We rented this property for a family Christmas and had family members from Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Colorado and South Carolina. The house was awesome and accommodated us beautifully. I was very impressed that everything we needed was on hand, all of the dishes, cooking utensils, pot, pans, etc. The house was beautiful and the main floor open floor plan was incredible for still visiting while doing various activities, like, someone cooking, a group playing cards, a few watching football, but all still being together. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend and probably stay here again, maybe in the warmer season to enjoy the beach and outdoors. 10 out of 10!

Weekend of Celebration

Our two families truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There was room for everyone and the house was stocked with everything you may need plus more! The open space on the main floor was great for gathering to celebrate with nachos on the island and a cake, followed by watching some football on the TV. The deck and dock were peaceful spots to escape and relax. The stairs did give us a good workout loading and unloading the cars, and I was a bit concerned with the grandparents’ ability to ascend them, but they managed. Also, the driveway is shared so we were a bit nervous about fitting our cars, but with 2 in the garage, we fit 4 outside. It did help that we bumped into the renting neighbor to coordinate a bit too. Thanks for helping us make some great memories!

This house had everything that you could possibly need and more. The sunsets on the back deck over the marsh were breathtaking! Having the golf cart available to rent right at the place was very convenient. Love this house! We did not want to leave!

Perfect wedding home

This was the perfect home for my wedding weekend. It had a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was clean and has a cozy feel to it. My family didn’t want to leave because of it space and location. This is definitely a beautiful rental and o look forward to booking it again in the future.

Another great stay!

We had another great stay on Folly Beach. The house is perfect for our group with plenty of bedrooms and lots of communal gathering space. We love the view from the porches and the easy walk to the beach. We also took advantage of the proximity to the park for the kids and the tennis and basketball courts for the adults. Bob was an excellent host as always. Thank you!
