Annie's Dream is a beautifully updated vacation home nestled on the peaceful North End of Pawleys Island, offering stunning views of the creek and a serene setting for a coastal getaway. This spacious retreat features five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to blend modern comfort with classic beach charm. Perfect for families or groups, the home provides ample space and a welcoming atmosphere for up to 12 guests.

Inside, two bedrooms feature King beds and private bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy. A third bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds (four Twins total) and shares a bathroom with a fourth bedroom that has two Twin beds. The fifth bedroom includes a Queen bed and a private half bathroom. The home also offers central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, a picnic table, covered parking, and an outdoor shower, providing all the conveniences needed for a stress free stay.

We love Pawleys - and this house!

The house was plenty spacious and provided everything we needed for our group of 8. The location on the channel with a private dock with only a short walk to the beach couldn't be better. We fished, boated and swam and tubed on and in the creek, and, whenever we felt like it, we took to the beach.

The dock was great and we loved the red, white and blue lights on the dock at night. Very quiet and quaint location on the North End. Short walk to the beach access. Fishing was fantastic all week long. Great house and great experience.

Dock for fishing

Family loved the dock and spent a lot of time fishing and watching the sunset. Dock is covered and has a sink. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes but not bad. House was very clean! Rooms were comfortable and nicely equipped. Master was perfect. Kitchen is dated but had everything we needed. And was clean! Love the open floor plan. Wonderful week with the fam.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 9 fit very comfortably in the house and enjoyed the dock so much! I especially loved the wonderful mattress in the Master bedroom. The kitchen has apparently been remodeled and was unbelievable! Well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Well-maintained house. Part of our family flew in from Switzerland and couldn't believe the heat and humidity, but the rest of us from Saluda, SC were used to it! Not "Bobby O" but Libby Cromley from Saluda

We loved that we had our own private dock where we could tie our boat up and leave it in the water. The weather was great and the house and kitchen were well stocked to accommodate our needs. Annie Dream is one of the best rentals homes on the coast! My grandkids loved fishing and crabbing from the dock and everyone enjoyed riding in the boat at high tide!!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at "the Sullivan", now Annie's dream many times over the years , and it continues to be one of our favorite houses on Pawleys. Although it still needs a little TLC, I was pleased with the renovations already done. I filled out the request in the packet for the same week next year and look forward to hearing from you. Only negative was the number of roaches and spiders.

I loved all the different entertaining areas; the front porch, the back porch, the living room, and the dock. The beach house was clean. The location on the marsh was good. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. The property management company was able to give me the name of a place to rent pack and plays for the babies. We had everything we needed.

The house was clean and well organized, even had labels on the drawers and cabinets. The location was awesome even the neighbors were nice and polite. Spent most of the time outside but the inside was nice and cozy. I use to use Litchfield but was never treated the way Tidelife treated me. I will definitely be back!!!

So nice to be able to tie our boat up at the dock. The driveway and under the house is a little tight to back the boat through, but we got it done. The boat ramp at the house we didn't think was accessible, but there is a public ramp very close. We could tell that a lot of improvements to the house are under way. Enjoyed the screened porch and the covered dock by the water.

A short walk to the beach access. Great outdoor showers when wanting to freshen up from the beach. Huge amount of parking available. Great room area was massive with super comfortable sofas and seating. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with all supplies needed. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were well decorated and set up. The back screened porch was the place to be in the mornings and evenings looking out over the creek and marsh. I highly recommend booking and will stay here again!

A Dream Vacation

We had never vacationed on the creek and it was so much fun. Our grandchildren loved the new dock and playing in the creek. And the beach was just a short walk away. The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. Beds were comfortable and the family room was very spacious. We liked the large dining table that we could all sit around. We really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the creek. The house had some nice updates but needs additional attention including new appliances and master bath.

The bedrooms are all good sized and the great room with kitchen is huge with 2 separate couch arrangements. The view of the creek is gorgeous and the new boardwalk and dock were great. Bring bugspray. The mosquitoes will carry you off. Great assortment of utensils, especially big pots for a boil for a large group. Beds were super comfortable and the bedding new and Naidoo. Only complaint is the torn linoleum in the bathroom. Unsightly, but could be easily covered up with a small cabinet.
