About this property

Les Pénates des BRUYANT between sea and mountain

Family house where my two sons grew up, we were happy there for 20 years. Enclosed grounds of 1200 m2. The house is completely under renovation: complete painting, electricity to standards, 2 new toilets, 2 new showers, 3 new sinks, new sliding gate.


The house is made up of a parental suite with electronic bed 90x2x200, new mattress with shower and private sink. The second bedroom has a large 180x200 bed, new mattress. The third bedroom has a 140x90 bed new bedding and the sleeping area is composed of a 140x90 bed is bunk a 90x90 bed plus a folding bed for a child is available, new too. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV.
To distract you: ping pong table, trampoline, swimming pool (from May to October because unheated), various ball and net games more than 2 minutes' walk away from a sports ground (ping pong, pétanque, table football) , tennis) is available.


The neighborhood is quiet, children can move around without worry. There is a pizzeria at the end of the street as well as an excellent restaurant 800m away in the pine forest where you will eat very well without breaking the bank.

The house is 11 km from Uzès, 21 km from Alès, 76 km from the Grau-Du-Roi sea, 55 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc, 12 km from the Haribo factory, 68 km from Avignon and 31 km from Nîmes and its beautiful arenas.
The first supermarket is 7 km away (Intermarché Montaren) and the Carrefour is 12 km away. We also have several Lidl within 15 min by car.
So a vehicle is essential: I can rent one depending on the number of people. I will pick you up at the station or the airport at an additional cost.

A beautiful family home

Everything about the holiday has been perfect. This is a lovely family home we were lucky to be allowed to share. The gardens and pool are perfect and provide an excellent base for touring the region. Nimes, Avignon and Usezes are all worth a visit but if all you want isa laid back holiday then is the place for you. Peggy has thought of everything and there is table tennis, tennis, basket ball, soccer and other sports available close by We wish you every success Peggy and hope to see you soon K xxx
