The property was very clean, quiet and perfectly located. Two public parking lots are within walking distance and costs 20 and 24 per day. The smart TV's were locked down to the cable service with their remote so getting to other streaming services was not possible. The picture quality was also not HD. Our only disappointment was we were expecting a full kitchen and it only had a kitchenette. We relied on the pictures on the VRBO website which were misleading.

This was an amazing location for your visit to Charleston. Everything we wanted to see or do was within walking distance- the sites, the restaurants, and the shopping. The room was clean, charming, and the right size for the two of us. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend a stay here for anyone who wants to enjoy historic, charming Charleston.

The place is fantastic, we have stayed here before. It is fairly reasonable, excellent location, and clean. The VRBO host on the underhand did not communicate well. We were not told that we may need to switch rooms on our 5 day trip. We found out from the property it is because these places are not supposed to be listed in VRBO, it is inconsistent with the contract the owner signed with BlueGreen. So please ask the question if you will need to switch rooms during your stay, or even better, book through Hilton Vacation Club to ensure a smooth stay and also earn Hilton points for your stay!

The apartment was a good size, well equipped, and a great location for downtown Charleston. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. The drawback was it was up two flights of stairs but the staff took care of that difficulty.We would stay there again.

From our initial booking through check out on our last day, the hosts were very timely with responses and check-ins. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The location is perfect for exploring the historical section of Charleston on foot. A variety of places to eat and shop are all nearby. Walking tours, horse and carriage tours, harbor tours, museums are delightful ways to explore all that Charleston has been and is today.

This location and property are perfect. Very clean and as described in the listing. I can’t say enough about the location! Right in the center of everything! Also loved the patio area. We played cards out there at night. Highly recommend.

This property was a fraudulent advertisement. It was not a loft as described. It had no kitchen, n no washing machine, no dining room table.I threw away 500 in groceries. I received no refund due to no other properties available on short notice in the area. The owners are selling their timeshare. The hotel property does not allow these people to sell their timeshares on Vrbo. The hotel could not help because the owners are not allowed rent via Vrbo. Terrible

Loved this location! It was close to so much great stuff to see and do. The room was very comfortable and quiet especially for being in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We would stay here again.

The property was just as advertised. The room we were given was not the exact room that was in the booking (biggest difference was the full kitchen booked, but received a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven). However it ended up working out well. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere, only driving to Mt. Pleasant and Isle of Palms. Plenty of shops, restaurants, tours to choose from. Our favorite? The Old South Carriage ride, U.S.S. Yorktown ghost tour. Favorite restaurant was Magnolias (right next to Lodge Valley Inn. The room was nice and clean. My only suggestions for the room itself would be to add another trash can in the living room area, and the rug needs a good deep clean. The biggest negative is the parking. We parked across the street in a parking garage, which was 24 per 12 hours, which is pricey. Great place to stay for walking and location to everything! We will definitely be back!!!
