The property has great views and was very convenient to the beach and downtown Avalon. The living spaces were very comfortable and Steven was very helpful and responsive with all of our requests.

Great spot! We would rent here again for sure.Positives: incredible view, great AC (it was hot and humid outside), cozy 2-bedroom place with all the necessary amenities, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, close to downtown and the beach, fantastic spot to come back to after our island adventures.Downsides: steep 2-block walk uphill to the place, followed by 3 flights of stairs - which we got used to and didn't mind, just didn't fully expect; densely-populated building - a few families living below the rental unit living in very close quarters; and smell of dog urine was strong on the outside deck from animals below.

The house was ready as agreed when we arrived at the house. The listing does warn renters that you do have a couple flights of stairs to walk up, but it wasn't an issue. The two decks are great for just sitting and enjoying the amazing view of Avalon Bay. The rooms were well decorated and very clean. The house is within walking distance to the main part of town - restaurants, shops and activities. Easy to get around town. The spiral staircases are a bit tight if you are bringing luggage up to the top floor, but we managed without issues. Overall, it was a great place for us!

The View was amazing and the host were very responsive, very steep stairs to get to the house but the view makes up for it. Upstairs Master has a tight spiral staircase that was hard to get luggage up. Pack light.

Our family loved waking up to the view of the ocean each morning. We also appreciated the kitchen which was well stocked with dishes. Catalina is beautiful and we had a wonderful time on the island!

Wonderful stay!

The house was better than pictured -amazing views from both levels. Seeing the harbor from the living room all day was wonderful, and long evenings were spent on the deck. We loved our stay and would recommend this home. Communication with owner was wonderful as well.

Fun stay in Catalina

The house was clean and comfortable, my family of five had plenty of room to relax and unwind after our days of activities in the island. The view from the property is amazing and made our stay even better, I would recommend this rental, the owner communicated well and we felt safe and comfortable in our stay.

Great views. Beautiful main suite. Close to restaurants and town. Loved the sunk in tub. Plenty of towels and paper products.Only negative was the walk to the place. Their neighbor has the most unappealing hoarding area that smells like pee when it rains.

We were very happy with our stay. It’s a beautiful place and had plenty of space for our family. It was centrally located and we were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go. Communication with host was easy and quick. We wanted to check in a little early and Steve was very accommodating. We were also able to bring our pet , which was a definite plus. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay. We fell in love with the view. Enjoyed the two patios and the master bedroom was spacious. It was a perfect setting for our group of five. Everyone slept well and when gathered in the kitchen and living room we felt cozy. Beautiful place, I would love to stay again in the future.

One of the nicest properties on the island. Very clean with all the amenities. Walking distance to everything. Magnificent views too! Highly recommend that you treat your family to this amazing property too!

Catalina Escape

Great place with view of Marina. Steven was great and accommodating on all our needs. Easy in and out and kids and walk to all the amenities in downtown. Will definitely stay again.
