Note: this is the first time I've ever posted a negative review. This place just does not live up to the care and attention that all the other VRBO rentals we've stayed at over the last ten years.
The VRBO pictures were misleading, the place is quite small, the amenities were minimal and cheap. The room with the bunk beds is too small; it is Ok for a couple of kids, but hard to get in/out of for an adult, and the beds are not very comfortable. The kitchen is tiny, the electric hotplate does not work well, and the refrigerator collect water in the bottom which turned into a very smelly brown liquid. We had to call the concierge to fix it - they came, cleaned up the water (I thought they should have just replaced it with a fridge that worked) and the smell was gone for only a day or so.
Finally, the back wall of windows faces another building, so you only get indirect sunlight, no breeze and no views.

Our photos are taken by a professional team, the square footage is specified, we do not want in any way mislead you and we give all the information necessary for this, but we are sorry if you have perceived the apartment larger than it really is and that the size did not suit your tastes, do not hesitate to contact us next time to take our advice directly before booking to make your experience optimal.
We provide toilet paper, trash bags and shampoo only the first day to give you time to settle down quietly and then to buy your personal products.
Bed quality comfort is a personal opinion, and the size corresponds to the French double bed standard which is usually enough for two grown people.
We intervened for the two problems you mentioned, and solved them both so that no other guest after your departure has had to deal with them again.
Our reception desk is always at your disposal for any queries.
It is clearly specified in the photos and advert that you do not have a sea view, but a view of another building. We have a range of apartments with sea views, if this is what you are looking for do not hesitate to book one of these.

The property was slightly difficult to find, but we figured it out. It doesn’t front, exactly on Rue Massanet, but you walk towards the Club Inn, bear left and up a half dozen steps on the right to the entry door, which opens with the included key fob. Then use the elevator to access the first floor where the apartments #201 is located.
The apartment was as advertised, very well kept and clean. The only view out the sliding glass window was of an apartment building next door, with some sort of conference center or business on the first floor below. There is no oven, but it has an induction stove too and microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We used none of these, mainly because of the number and variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. The location is what makes this apartment work. As mentioned, a plethora of restaurants within 100 steps, the beach and promenade about 3 blocks away, Old Town a 7-8 minute walk, and the Metro a 10 minute walk. The bed is a Murphy, pull-down style, not as comfortable as I would have liked but doable. Bring a bar of soap or gel, and if you’re staying 6 nights, prepare to buy extra tissue paper.

L'agence est fermée le Samedi et Dimanche les jours ou on a le plus besoin d'eux. Un technicien (agréable) tente de remédier aux problèmes. Très très déçu, mauvaise expérience. Tres fâché ! ...

Vous avez mal interprété la photo où il y a deux flèches qui montrent l'entrée de l'immeuble et la proximité de la promenade des Anglais.
De plus, les photos commerciale montrent bien la vue de la fenêtre et le vis-à-vis.
Nous sommes joignables 7 jours sur 7 et 24 heures sur 24.
Je vous rappelle les interventions de notre technicien effectuées lors de votre séjour :
- Mise en place de couvertures supplémentaires alors qu'il y en avait dans l'appartement.
- Déplacement de la TV sur la table car vous êtes malvoyant et que cela vous accommodez.
- Intervention après 21h car vous aviez bloqué la clé dans la serrure par une mauvaise utilisation de votre part avec changement du cylindre sans aucun frais à votre charge.
Je vous rappelle aussi le départ tardif que nous vous avons accordé gratuitement le jour de votre départ.
