Shores of Maui is a special place. A boutique community where only 50 units share the amenities typical of a much larger complex. Watch surfers and paddle boarders or scan the horizon for whales (in season) while sipping a Mai Tai by the solar heated pool and hot tub. Gather with friends and family as Maui’s most stunning sunsets melt into the ocean. Can you spot the green flash?

Unit 220 is on the top floor of this two-story building, accessible from a stairway. From your lanai enjoy a panoramic view of the Maui coastline. This one level condo has a primary bedroom with a King bed, desk and flat screen streaming TV. With also having a pull-out sofa in the living room (that is queen size) , the condo sleeps four. The unit is fully furnished including a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. A washer and dryer for guests to use. Enjoy the convenient location minutes from Maui’s top rated beaches, South Maui’s best dining, delightful local cafes, shopping and attractions. Always wanted to learn to surf? Simply head across the street to the adored “Cove” where numerous surf instructors provide daily lessons to all age groups and skill levels. Or walk one block to Charlie Young beach/Kamaole I and enjoy one of the best swimming beaches on Maui.

As the most consistently sunny place on Maui, Kihei receives less than 13 inches of precipitation annually. There is no better area on the island to ensure a sunny vacation! Kihei is also known for its relaxed, local feel, however The Shores of Maui is only a short drive from upscale Wailea shops and resorts. You can go from beach casual to opulence in minutes!

Housekeeping services available for an additional fee and on request.

On-site amenities include a solar heated pool, heated spa with jets, tennis / pickleball court, covered outdoor dining area and modern barbeque grills. One parking stall is included in the rental.

Free Wi-Fi (private, for guest use only).

For the security of our guests and the safety of the complex, there are external security cameras located on the pool and parking lot areas.

PAYMENT TERMS: 25% of rent is due at booking. 75% of rent is due 60 days prior to check in. Property Damage Insurance fee required for this property. MONTHLY RATES are given a discount, please contact owner for details.

CANCELLATIONS : Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. All monies are forfeited if a cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Rates are based on 2 guests. Additional $25/per day for a maximum of 4 people in condo.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out time is 10AM. We would ask that you do the following to assist us in expedient preparation for our next guest, and to help ensure our property is insect free: • Remove all trash/recycling
• Please wash a load of towels in the washing machine and put them in the dryer and turn the dryer on before you leave. • Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
• When you leave the unit, please lock and secure the lanai door and close the curtains. Please turn off all fans, lights, secure the windows and lock the entrance door on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping inside or on the lanai of the condo. $500 fee will be charged plus damages. Designated smoking area in parking lot of complex.
Cost of electricity is very expensive in Maui. Only use the air conditioner when you are inside the condo with all the windows and doors closed.
Please DO NOT put any SANDY clothing inside the washing machine or the dryer. If there is excessive sand inside, a $300 damage fee may be assessed.

Perfect stay in Kihei

We had such a wonderful time in Kihei and this condo is in the perfect location. It was very clean, well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and you can’t beat the view from the lanai. The pool area was quiet and clean. Would absolutely stay here again. The host was super quick to reply when we had questions.

The view was beautiful from outside and inside. We chose this condo for the view and were not disappointed. The location is also terrific. It's central if you're driving around the island, and we also walked to the beach and restaurants. In Sept. it got really windy about noon, so go to the beach first thing in the morning. It might be too windy in the afternoon. The condo was also well equipped with small coolers, beach chairs, and umbrellas, which was much appreciated. The pool area didn't have shaded lounge chairs, the only downside, but the tables are shaded. The condo was also very clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The kitchen is very small but fine for two people.

Great first Kihei stay!

Condo was very well appointed, everything you need from dinner to beach time! Umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, a cooler, ice packs, first aid kit (thank goodness). Kitchen was well stocked with everything to make a nice dinner in, and even had some basic condiments and staples to get you started. Bed was comfortable, and the AC was a welcome treat. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, quiet, older one bedroom condo right across the street from the ocean. King size bed, clean and cozy. We spent a lot of time on the deck, watching surfers and enjoying the sun. We already booked our second stay!

My son and I had a wonderful visit to Maui! The location to activities was fantastic. We loved that the condo had washer and dryer and was well stocked with everything you will need . We found great snorkeling just a few minutes drive from where we stayed. Area was fairly quiet even though it is located on a fairly busy street.

Comfortable condo in Kihei

Very comfortable condo in a central location. Walking distance to many eateries and food trucks. Two nice beach walks that start right across the street. Balcony overlooks the tennis/pickle ball courts and the ocean. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect Spot for Maui

Love the property. Nice view of the ocean and really close to a number of shops/restaurants. Plus, the general location was a good central point to do Road to Hana, Haleakala, and Lahiana. Property manager communicated all expectations throughout the process, and was responsive to any questions or requests. Will definitely rebook if we’re back in Maui.

Great location and cute/functional condo

This is our 2nd stay at this condo. The condo has everything that one would need to make their stay comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, unit is across the ocean. The condo is updated and has AC's in both Living and Bedroom. The furniture is updated and tastefully done. Definitely recommend. Shops, restaurants, Foodland are all close by
