These deluxe condos have two to four bedrooms and top of the line features. Superb outdoor amenities are just some of the reasons that we're sure your family will have a wonderful beach vacation here.

SPLASH ABOUT in one of the swimming pools, float along in the large lazy river, or frolic in the gentle surf. Relax under an umbrella on the soft warm sands or soak up some sunshine while lazing on the pool deck. Additional resort features include two hot tubs, a heated covered pool, a fun kids' pool, and a fitness center. Also available during summer months at the adjacent beach access is a "pay for" parasailing and banana boat service for additional aqua fun.

THE NORTH TOWER has five condos (#1-#5) per floor and the South Tower has seven condos (#6-#12) per floor. FREE WIFI is available in the pool area and in each condo for convenient connections. Garage clearance is 6'4". . Sorry, motorcycles are not permitted.

ENJOY A BEACHFRONT WINTER at Crescent Shores. Many of the condos are available off-season from November - March with attractive monthly rates. Important Notice: The parking garage elevator will not be in operation from December 1, 2023 - March 1, 2024.
The resurfacing of the South Spa will begin in September 2023. The pool, South Tower hot tub, kiddy pool, and grilling area will be closed from September 12th through mid-April 2024. With this scheduled maintenance will come sanding, hammering, and loss of use of balconies.
The indoor pool, lazy river, and North tower spa currently are open for everyone's use.

Review

The unit was extremely dirty and not well maintained. Sand everywhere, stuff on the walls, hair in all bathtubs/showers/sinks, toilets not clean, couches with multiple stains, area rugs were disgusting, peeling and molding paint around shower areas, etc. We spent several hours cleaning. Otherwise the condo itself and pool areas were very nice.

Good location and beach

The location of this property is great and the beach is awesome and takes only a few minutes. They need better cleaners though. We had dirty towels still hanging and on ground in bathrooms, hair and soap scum were in all 3 showers, coffee table and dining room table had crumbs and sticky things on it like jelly, your feet turned black within minutes if didn’t wear shoes. The towels we paid for smelled like mildew. This property definitely was not cleaned before we checked in.
