Cherry Grove Vacation

We really enjoyed this condo! Extremely clean. Exceptional location with a beach that was not crowded! Loved the tall chairs on the balcony.

Very nice stay

Stay was very nice,loved the location. And will absolutely be back. Room was astonishing’but could use some little up grades. But nothing to bring the ratings down a bit. Big thank you to all involved in our stay.

Great 2 bedroom condo!

Property looked exactly as listed. Bonus was there is a washer/dryer in the condo. Easy process all around!

Nice place-close to the beach

Was sufficient room for 3 people—The tv did not work in one of the rooms—we sent a message-but no response Close to the beach was nice—Parking area was a little small-depending on size of the vehicle-Security was fine Overall it was ok

A relaxing week

I was very impressed with our condo. It was extremely clean and the set-up was perfect for our family. We traveled with multiple families and rented multiple condos at the property. Of the four families, the condos that were managed by Thomas Realty were the cleanest, were ready on time, and all details were communicated very well. I have every intention of staying at the exact condo in the future.

Overall, a nice place to stay.

Our condo was clean and looked like it had recently been updated. I wish the online pictures had been updated as well. Please note: the guest bedroom has two full sized beds, not twins as pictured. Since we had to bring our own linens and we don't have twin beds at home, we made a special purchase which was a waste since we then had to buy and wash full size sheets (which we could have brought from home) when we arrived. Also the pool was not open, which would have been nice to know. Otherwise a great condo, good location, and a great week with family!

The place was very nice, but

The owner of this property needs to upgrade the comforters. They are tired and old and hairs on it that we’re not or so. We rip them off the minute we got in there did not have them to sleep with No soap to wash your hands with when you get out of the bathroom no soap for the sink no soap for the laundry This should have been told to wash before we have gotten there The cabinets in the bathrooms really need to be wiped down very dirty

Loved the location and set up of the condo. Also happy towels and linens were provided! Probably could use a new coffee maker, like a keurig. Unit was not as clean as others we have stayed at, that would be the only thing I’d really say was the biggest complaint . Otherwise we had a great week!

Fabulous

We absolutely loved the area and convenience of the property. Traveling with a 4 year old we were able to run to the condo from the beach with ease. The area was quiet and the beach was gorgeous. The only downside was the master bed. We like a softer mattress, that one was a rock.

Relaxing time!

This was a nice, clean and spacious condo. We all were comfortable, had plenty of enjoyable evening’s on the deck. Weather was great while we were there! Only drawback is parking is a “stinker” really tight.. otherwise it was great!

Great views

We loved the place we stayed.. right on the beach. The place was clean and well equipped. Neighbors to our right (in a house for rent) were a bit noisy (and right by our bedroom) but overall we were very happy

Just as advertised!!

We had a great vacation! Building was a great size (not too big). Beach was awesome. Condo was exactly as pictured. We stayed during a hurricane and the building managment checked in several times to make sure everything was ok. Would stay again.
