Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We are delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed the condo, especially the beautiful views, kitchen, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. We also truly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the unexpected power outage caused by the tropical storm. We understand how challenging it must have been to arrive late at night during the outage and carry your luggage up the stairs without adequate lighting. Thank you as well for your valuable suggestion regarding flashlights or emergency lanterns. This is very helpful feedback, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to improve our emergency preparedness for our guests. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family, and we are very happy that, despite the circumstances upon your arrival, you had a memorable stay in Hawaii. We would be delighted to welcome you back again on your next visit. Mahalo!
