This unit is a 2-story townhome with no one upstairs or down. It is extremely quiet and restful while overlooking the fourth hole of the famed Mauna Lani North golf course. This unit offers two upstairs bedrooms each with its own private bath. Each bedroom includes a convenient workspace if you are coming for an extended stay and need to work remotely. Enjoy preparing a meal on your private lanai on the Viking gas barbeque - the perfect place to grill a Parker Ranch steak or fresh island fish. Or you may choose to relax and unwind on the second upstairs lanai and feel the balmy breeze as you watch the golfers go by.

Relax under the royal palms in the properties pool and hot tub, or snorkel and swim in the blue waters of the ocean only minutes away. Whales (seasonal) and sea turtles are regular spectacles as you stroll the miles of ocean side trails. Exceptional snorkeling and private dining are included with this rental with access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club and Napua Restaurant.

The Mauna Lani Resort sits oceanfront on the finest stretch of shoreline on the sunny Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. DIRTY

This unit didn't come close to the cleanliness and quality of other Mauna Lani condos we have stayed in. The building, grounds and interior of the unit were attractive, however there were cockroaches in the drawers, bad smell (dog?) covered up with strong artificial perfume smell throughout the unit that was overpowering and irritating, sheets had a strong toxic artificial perfume smell (cheap laundry detergent?) that made it hard to sleep so we purchased natural fragrance laundry detergent and laundered sheets the next morning, there was black hair on the shower wall, there were empty kleenex boxes in both bathrooms that had been stuffed with 3-4 sheets of kleenex (not acceptable especially in time of covid), stove top was dirty, there were spots on the carpet throughout, any windows we opened had dirty tracks and had dead bugs in them, there were no spices provided other than salt and pepper, the kitchen was very disorganized and illogical and silverware and pans were dirty (finger print smudges, drips) and it seemed there was no competent hands on management presence. We called the management company and they offered to have someone come out and clean (during our vacation) and refunded half of our cleaning deposit. However, regardless, as a result we are resolved never to stay at a Kona Coast Vacations property again! Thanks for asking...

A great place to spend a week!

We found this property to be well placed, center to many of the areas we wanted to visit or activities we enjoy! Certainly close to the water with a great view! The condo is well kept and provided great recreational toys.

Comfortable, clean, & safe - everything you’d want in a vacation rental

My family and I stayed here for about a month. The unit and grounds were very clean and well taken care. We have a very smooth check in and check out process’s completely contactless. We enjoyed our long stay here and would definitely book this unit again
