Our group was 5 adults and 4 kids ages 2-8. The place was clean, beautiful, great location and had everything we needed. Contacts with host and property management was great. Highly recommend!

The property was very well maintained. The a/c worked great and there was unlimited hot water for showers. There were fresh markets and takeout restaurants nearby. There were some people out late at night that were noisy but I think you have that at any city.

This is a fun location just blocks from the metro and lots of fun places to try out. Very clean, comfortable, and nice size for a Paris apartment.

Great location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris. The apartment is in an area that is easy to get around in and we truly enjoyed being immersed in the Parisienne neighborhood. There were excellent restaurants nearby and shops! Traveling on the trains and buses was also fairly easy, I highly recommend this apartment if your desire is to enjoy life in Paris!

Paris vacation

This house was perfectly located near grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 8. Communication was easy and quick.

Great location and size for family visit

We stayed in this apartment with 3 adults and 2 children and really enjoyed it. The apartment was spacious and had everything you could need for a visit to Paris in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The property managers were very helpful and proactive throughout the process which ensured a smooth check in process. Location was wonderful, many shops, bistros and bakeries within a few blocks of the flat. Metro is also extremely close by and made it very convenient to get around town. We did enjoy that this neighborhood seems less touristy and like a residential neighborhood. Gym also within two blocks with day/week passes if that’s a priority.

This stay with LivinParis was amazing! I went with a big group of my girlfriends and we were looking for just a quick stay in Paris. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the place given all the information of the place. Check in & check out went so smooth and everyone was so extremely nice, reaching out after check in and consistently checking up on us when needed. The place was very clean with a lot of towels, great open spaces, bedrooms were very spacious, and literally no complaints. Location was also amazing - we walked almost every where since we were right near all of our dinner spots and ubers were quick if we wanted to go somewhere farther. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Spacious Apartment in a Authentic Parisian Neighborhood

We were warmly greeted by our hosts Elise and Adonis. They gave a tour of the beautiful open concept flat. The flat is well appointed with all the essentials. Located near to two Metro stations, it is easy to tour the city. Most major tourist sites are within a 30-40 minute walk. We had 6 people ranging in age from 10 to 80 and everyone loved it!! We book again in a heartbeat.

Great place to gather, and to see Paris

Four nice sized bedrooms, all with big windows to the north. A big living room, and eat in kitchen, providing a comfortable place to gather as a family, cook, or eat croissants. Close to stores for fresh food, many restaurants, and two Metro stops, as well as Gare de L'Est and Gare de Nord. No air conditioning, but with fans, open windows at night, and closed drapes during the day, we were comfortable during the June heat wave (106 degrees one day). I would recommend this rental highly).

Great size, great location

This is really a central location, we walked to almost all major attractions , museums, etc. Since we were 4 females the size of the apartment & the fact that there were 2 bathrooms really worked well for us. Well equipped large kitchen & dining area. Agents responded quickly when contacted, although there was a bit of a snag when we first arrived, which, I believe could have been handled better. We were tired from overnight flight and ended up waiting close to an hour in the rain for someone to come. We were not early & kept them posted of our arrival time from the time we got in taxi (which changed according to traffic, therefore unpredictable). All in all I do highly recommend.
