Located right off the I – 15 in Washington, the Escondido complex is a hidden desert oasis. With beautiful views and adventure around every corner, this home will have you saying, “this is the place!”

This newly built 4 bedroom / 4 bath townhome, can comfortably sleep up to 11 guests comfortably or 13 with additional bedding. Situated right off the I-15, this home is in the perfect location for day trips to one of the many National or State parks. Spend your day exploring the nearby hills or lounging by the pool! Back at home, challenge each other to a ping pong tournament or to games on the Xbox 1. Enjoy a relaxing evening on your back porch barbequing, enjoying each other's company, while the kids play in the playroom under the stairs. With a porta-crib in every room, this home is perfect for families! Host a family movie night on the Smart TV upstairs, with a DVD player and movies provided. Whether you adventure through the mountains, lounge by the pool, or stay home; This is the place for you!

Plenty of room for 4 grown people to relax during a golf trip. Location is good, right next to pool and pickleball court. Plus the pop a shot game was a hit!! Definitely will stay again.

The house was perfect for our family. Everyone has their own room and bathroom, that makes the vacation a lot easier. Plenty of amenities in the house. The kids loved the toys and games. Absolutely loved our stay!!

Every year all the women in my family get together for a “girls weekend” to just hang out and shop and relax away from the kids and this house was PERFECT for us!! We had 9 adults and we had plenty of space and accommodations and it was just seriously perfect!! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property with lots of space for large gatherings. Plenty of amenities to keep the whole family entertained from mini basketball game, ping pong table, Xbox, board games and multiple smart TVs throughout house. Great community pool with lazy river/water slide and tennis/pickle ball court. Great location close to downtown St. George and easy drive to Zion/Bryce.
