Gandia, Sea and Mountain

Detached house with garden and pool in the mountain, near the sea. Large terraces with views. Very quiet. Perfect to relax and enjoy nature. Ideal to know from here all the Valencia situation.

Located in a quiet residential area 6 km from Gandia. The city is lively and is also well connected to visit the rest of the Community.

The house has 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a spacious living room that communicates with a sunroom.
We care decor and bedding and bath to make your stay enjoyable. It has central heating.

Outside there is a swimming pool and several terraces with great views of a small valley of Mediterranean forest without buildings. Ideal to enjoy the tranquility.

You will be very close to bustling beaches and lively like Gandia and Oliva, famous for its bars and beaches to enjoy the pure nature as the beach of L'Ahuir.

In 40 km radius you can find numerous mountain wilderness as the Vall de la Gallinera or the Montgó and beaches such as Javea, Denia or Moraira.
If you like to know Valencia, it is an hour by car or train.

The only public transportation that reaches the urbanization is the taxi service, so it is essential to have a vehicle to have autonomy of movement. No problem parking.

Lovely villa set up in very peaceful location in the mountains above Gandia with great views. Villa very clean and spacious enough for teenage family of 5 with well equipped kitchen. Alfonso was very helpful and thoughtful in recommending places to eat / buy food and anything else we needed. Also supplied us with food on our arrival. A good base to explore the area, under an hours drive to centre of Valencia City - could easily spend a week just here as so much to do. Enjoyed boat trip on Lake Albufera. Lovely local beaches around Gandia & Cullera, mountain springs to bathe in and lots of lovely mountain villages /towns to explore.

La maison est super, très charmante, propre, il y a tout ce dont on avait besoin , lits bebe, chaise haute, appareil menager, chaise plage, parasol, vous pouvez venir et poser vos valises!!! la maison est très bien situee à 10 min de la plage! Merveilleux , un petit bijou . .

L'endroit est juste magnifique! Un petit bout de paradis en hauteur qui surplombe les champs d'orangers , la villa est située en hauteur près des montagnes et une forêt de pins .la vue est incroyable de par sa beauté, il n' y a pas de vis à vis , vous êtes seul au milieu de la nature, au calme à vous prélasser au soleil et à profiter de la piscine. Il y a différentes terrasses pour se détendre sur 3 niveaux de la villa( étages) .la villa est spacieuse et TRES PROPRE .la décoration est sublime et on s'y sent bien . Ayant 4 enfants dont 2 en bas âges ;ce fut agréable d'avoir le mobilier adéquate pour eux .il ne manque rien dans la villa tout y est en terme de vaisselle et électroménager, de draps et serviettes ; les lits sont très confortables et très propres de même pour les salles de bains. Nous remercions Alfonso pour son accueil chaleureux ; sa gentillesse ,sa générosité en bref il a été aux petits soins pour nous (Merci pour la pâtisserie) ; il a été disponible pour nous et nous a gentiment montré les lieux à découvrir et visiter à Gandia dont les belles plages et les boutiques.nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour sa maison si joliment décoré avec beaucoup de goût. J'en oublie sa véranda une pure merveille ou vous avez une vue sur tout Monterrey .un paysage de carte postale bien qu'il y est d'autres villas aux alentours c'est sans vis à vis et calme .C'est le lieu à découvrir pour âme qui cherche le calme et la sérénité avec piscine et transat et pour se dorer au soleil ;et profiter les nuits d'un vent rafraîchissant le soir avec plusieurs terrasses sur plusieurs niveaux de la villa..En famille ou entre amis je vous conseille à 100 % les yeux fermés cette villa .elle est très propre et spacieuse ,sublime et tout y est. De plus son propriétaire Alfonso est au petit soin ,très très chaleureux d'une gentillesse disponible .Les enfants et nous mêmes sommes tombés sous le charme de sa villa et de la montagne et des champs d'orangers. Beautiful home with stunning views

I can totally recommend this property to anyone - especially families though. Lovely safe pool, well equipped kitchen and a choice of terraces. Tastefully furnished a real home with lots of little touches. Alfonso and his wife made us very welcome and his daughter was very helpful with the translating. You need a car as a bit remote but the views more than make up for it. Recommend Oliva beach and there are plenty of good supermarkets available. A real gem of a place!

Perfecto todo. La casa preciosa, impecable y acogedora. Super completa. El entorno una maravilla, naturaleza y tranquilidad, ideal para desconectar y relajarse. Varias terrazas para disfrutar en diferentes momentos del día y piscina pequeñita pero suficiente para refrescarse, muy íntima y rodeada de bosque, tan cerca del bosque que todos los días a la misma hora baja una ardillita a beber agua. Un très agréable séjour !

Nous avons été accueillis avec une corbeille de fruits, un gâteau et une bouteille de vin ! La maison est spacieuse et très joliment décorée. Il y a tout le mobilier et l’électroménager nécessaire pour 8 personnes. La piscine est certe un peu petite mais au final elle a bien convenue à nos 6 enfants. La maison est vraiment tranquille située dans un quartier résidentiel et pourtant à seulement 15 minutes des plages de Gandia. Alfonso est joignable facilement et nous a demandé si tout se passait bien pendant notre séjour. Vraiment nous sommes ravis ! Nous recommandons cette location ! Lise et Emmanuel.

Cosy and well equipped villa in a beautiful area.

We had a fantastic stay at Alfonso's villa, which is very cosy and well equipped. The villa was within close proximity of the supermarkets and local climbing areas (15-20 minutes) but far enough away from everything to provide scenic views and peace and quiet. Alfonso was a considerate host without being invasive, and provided information of places we could get some supplies on a Sunday, as the supermarkets were closed. Alfonso provided a range of food and drink in the villa so we could have a decent breakfast the morning after we arrived, and a bottle of wine for the evening meal which was very much appreciated. The villa itself was very comfortable, and had numerous outside seating areas as well as a stunning indoor seating area with huge windows. All in all we had a lovely stay and if we were ever visiting Gandia again I would not hesitate to see if this villa is available.

A beautiful, spacious, well equipped Villa, in Monterry Valencia Province

The villa is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The terraces and pool are very private with stunning views into the mountains and out towards the coast. The villa is close to a range of beautiful beaches and to the mountains and mountain villages and towns. Although only 10 minutes drive to the shops of Gandia, the area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine forest and overlooking orange groves in the valley. Alfonso and Susanna met us when we arrived, and even provided cold beer, wine and cake. They were always available by phone and were very helpful, friendly and quickly responded to any questions we had about the Villa and the area. I can thoroughly recommend the Villa and Alfonso and Susanna as hosts.

Je voudrais d’abord remercier Alfonso pour son acceuil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. La villa est superbe, bien situé, à flanc de montagne et sans vis à vis. La villa est super bien équipée, très propre. Le seul point négatif, pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs sont mis à votre disposition. Nous vous recommandons fortement cette villa si vous recherchez la tranquilité.

Great house, great view, great time!

We were 3 families with 3 kids and we spent a fabulous week in this spectacular place. The house looks very nice with all facilities. The pool was very useful when coming back from the sea and the hot weather. Situated in the mountain, near Gandia, the air was very clean and fresh. Valencia is not more than 1 hour by car where we visited the Oceanografic and Bioparc, also the City center looks very nice. Great thanks to Alfonso and his wife which are very nice persons and available in case of anything. Thank you and Hasta luego!

Maison idéale pour un séjour très agréable

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Alfonso qui a été très disponible tout au long de notre séjour. La maison dispose d'un emplacement particulièrement agréable et d'une vue magnifique. La décoration est particulièrement soignée et tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour des plus confortables.
