Great views. Located between Buena Vista and Salida so a lot of options for sightseeing, trails, shops, etc.Kitchen was very well stockedHot tub was good although a little too much chlorine I think.Very comfortable stay

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and we always enjoy it. The location is great for hiking or climbing in the collegiates which some of our party did this time. Views from the property are really great and we enjoyed all the amenities.

I travel a lot and I’ve stayed in several vacation rentals, and this one is my favorite so far. The views were great, the home was well stocked, and my family of 5 had plenty of room. Everything was clean and the hot tub was great! 5 stars!

Beautiful retreat

We had an amazing time staying and would love to stay again. We missed out on using the pool table with the football games on and no tv in the basement but besides that had a wonderful time.

Family trip

The property was great for me and my family. The property suited us perfectly. We enjoyed all the amenities, hot tub, pool table and foosball. We loved this location for the nearby river and nearby hiking. We would love to come again.

Thanksgiving 2024

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving with my son and daughter and their spouses. This was our second stay and it was just as good the second time. Great facilities and location. We really enjoyed the hot tub, games room, nearby hot springs and snow shoeing. Very well equipped for preparing a great Thanksgiving dinner.

Christmas Vacation at PK's Was a Blast, Family of 4 adults our Aussiedoodle, plenty of space for everyone, the views are incredible, we didn't have a white Christmas this year but it was ok because the property offers so much entertainment, the game room and the hot tub were phenomenal! the kitchen had everything we needed. hour dog had plenty of room out back and he loved going down the trail to the creek located in the property., Beds are comfy, internet was great, Host was great. we will definitely stay at this property if we decide to stay in the area. 100 per cent recommended.

Celebrated sons birthday! Was great! Skiing at Monarch, afternoon at a Brewery and ended with a soak in the hot tub! Great views, good location and plenty of space to stretch out. Enjoyed a few games of pool also! Lovely place that we really enjoyed.

That place was awesome! We’ll set up with everything you need to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. We were blown away by the views. Windows cover most of the walls. The family had a great time hanging out in the game room.

Perfect for a ski getaway

Our family of 4 stayed here for a ski trip to Monarch. The house was perfect, everyone had their own space when needed but plenty of activities and games for family time. Could easily have fit a larger family. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals and the hot tub was a nice perk after a day on the slopes. Great location between Salida and Buena Vista for anything you need. Property was clean and matched the listing.
