Beautiful house in Cancún's heart. Cozumel 16 was made by a cancunner architect. You will enjoy the open and illuminated spaces of the house. Perfect for chilling or just to keep traveling. This is not a way to sell more, for real this is the perfect location in Cancún. These are some nearby location by walking from the house; Seven11 5min, Superama 5min, ADO 7min, Plaza las américas 15min, Dubai casino 15min, Av. Náder 25min. You will enjoy it, Cancún is always a good idea.

Great Property
The house is located in a gated neighborhood within 10 minutes of the hotel zone. Very spacious house and rooms. House looked just like the pictures online. Close to Walmart and restaurants. Very please with our stay.

Beautiful home
The house was beautiful and the pool was very nice. It was in a gated community. The only complaint is that the address given was VERY hard for Uber and taxis to find. I finally started giving them the coordinates of the cross streets closest to the gate. That seemed to work.

Your host
By this time I'm living in Finland with my wife and daughter, my family and I decided to convert our ex home in a guests house and everything has been going great so far. So this can be treated as a family business, when I'm in cancún I'll be the one to welcome you in the house if not, you'll be treated as family by my mother and sisters. It will depend on the availability of the day. I repet, we don't live in the house anymore, it's only for guests :)
Why they chose this property
This is our family house, we used to live in here but not anymore. We really loved the location of this house, I'm not saying this to sell, for real is the perfect location in Cancún, as a local and much more as a tourist. The marble floor, the high ceilings, will make your visit very comfortable. The pool, big kitchen, you will love the house :)
