It was a nice property altho the wi-fi was down which meant no television at all since that is how they get it. It hadn't been available for some time and it would have been nice to know so we could have been prepared with reading material. For the price we expected it to be as advertised.One other thing...the large bathroom window needs to be cleaned since it has a very pleasant view. It could have been a much better stay for our special birthday celebration.

Super clean room, which is the first thing I look at. The lake view was more of a peek-a-boo view but the view of the huge trees instead was lovely. Parking was easy with no steps to navigate which was important to me as I was recovering from hip surgery. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings in the short time I was there.

The actual cabin was great!! The remodel on these cabins was fantastic! High quality and attention to details in the design was great. Very comfortable and fairly spacious. The issues were with the check in process and the lack of communication with the owners. The property has no visible sign to know you are in the correct place. No directions are given for the check in process. Turns out you go to the no name bar and ask the bartender for your keys. The WiFi was out and therefore we had no internet or tv services. After bringing it to their attention, nothing was done to fix it. Also, our bad luck, the cook took off for the weekend and the restaurant was closed. Not exactly sure what has happened to the management/owners, but there was a definite disconnect. A few simple additions to their VRBO confirmation would have made this a much better experience.

Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful accommodation not a detail was spared. My husband especially loved the heated bathroom floors. I loved the soaking tub and shower. The bed was cozy and comfortable. We cant wait to come back again. Truly a hidden gem.
