Welcome to 12 Spotted Sandpiper! This classic Sea Pines five bedroom, three bathroom home can sleep a group of up to 11 guests total. It is located 2nd row ocean in Sea Pines with peek-a-boo ocean views. Very quick walk to the beach!

This classic Sea Pines beach home is very comfortable and close to the beach. The kitchen was updated in early 2022 with new appliances, countertops and has been opened up to make the entire 2nd floor living area feel more spacious. This eclectically styled home has a large pool that can be heated seasonally (more info below). The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and private access to the outdoor pool area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and a small ocean oriented outdoor seating area to hear the sounds of the ocean. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a step-in shower and was refreshed in 2022.

As you make your way upstairs, you will enjoy the open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area surrounded by walls of windows for peek-a-boo ocean views from either inside or ocean facing deck off the living and dining areas. The cozy second floor living area has a flat screen TV and plenty of natural light. This level of the home has 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom is the master bedroom at the end of the hallway with a king size bed, updated ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, flat screen TV, and a set of slider doors that open to a private deck. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and aflat screen TV. The fifth bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a step-in shower that was updated in 2022.

The outdoor living space area a highlight of this quaint home - the private pool has been redone in recent years with the addition of an in-pool sun deck for relaxing with your feet already in the water. There is a flat screen TV to enjoy during the day and night while you enjoy this spacious outdoor area. Plenty of seating surrounds the large pool and it is enclosed with fencing. The home as a propane grill located on the upstairs porch off the dining area.

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and moderately priced 2nd row home – 12 Spotted Sandpiper is for you! This Sea Pines classic is a smaller leisure beach home that has been selectively updated to retain its eclectic charm while boasting an updated spacious and private outdoor pool area. Plus, you are steps away from the beach and can also enjoy great peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the 2nd floor!

**Additional Info**

• Distance to Beach: 2nd Row Ocean

• Pool Info: Approximately 15 feet by 30 feet. The pool is able to be heated seasonally, typically March through May & Sept through Oct. It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must arrange pool heat at least two weeks prior to arrival.

• Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen w/ a Regular Drip Coffee Maker & Keurig, Crockpot. A second fridge is located in the laundry room.

• Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet, Gas Grill

• 6 Beach Towels

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking is available for up to four cars maximum. Car passes are an additional $17/pass/week.

Amazing Place for the Entire Family

We had an amazing family stay at this property. Short walk to the beach. What I loved the most is everyone has space to spread out and there was plenty of seating when we all wanted to be together. We will definitely be back!

This house was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor decks and pool area were absolutely lovely. Everything felt very secluded and was super quiet. Second row and only a couple minute walk to the beachm you could see the ocean from the second floor of the house. This house being dog friendly made it even more worth it for us so we could bring our furry family members. We would definitely recommend this home and would certainly stay here again.

Dated. Very odd decorations and "artwork". The icemaker made an incredibly obnoxious noise and needs to repaired or replaced. I finally turned it off for some peace and quiet which is why we went down to the beach in the first place. Oak leaves in the pool for the majority of the stay.

The bathrooms need updating but worked fine. Sea pines location is in a beautiful area for riding bikes and salty dog and Harbor Town. Overall I would recommend the property.

Had an umbrella & 3 chairs stolen when we left them at the beach first night. Maybe highlight more not to do that more on info send. Some trouble controlling the AC. Kept house very cold which is better than hot but too cold most time. Maybe have the system checked out and more instructions on how to keep it best temp for guests. Wonderful 5 nights and 4 days!!

Would definitely recommend and would stay here again IF they added shelves to the terrace level bathroom. Maybe take down one of the towel racks and add a couple shelves for guests to put their toiletries. Kitchen was fantastically stocked with everything you need to cook all types of meals.
