Very bright and comfortable, this house has a refined living room with a unique view of the coast, the islands and the sea. In winter, you will enjoy a wood fire while listening to Hifi music.

Adjoining this living room with sofa and armchairs, well decorated with the works of the host, painter, enjoy a warm kitchen/dining room, very well equipped with everything you need to prepare succulent fish and seafood.

Upstairs, there are two quiet bedrooms: one, open to the sea and very spacious, with a king size bed (180 * 200 cm) and the other, small, with two single beds (90 * 200 cm).

And for your comfort: a bathroom with a large shower.

The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV with subscription to Netflix/MyCanal/Paramount/HBO/Apple TV+, Wifi and Hi-Fi system.

You can also enjoy a private garden with a sheltered terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.

ENTIRE PLACE:
Located in a large family property made up of three houses, the "little house of Kerrac'h" will be at your complete disposal for the duration of your stay.

You can forget your car in the car park because you are 7 minutes walk from the centre of the village, its shops, its colourful market on Thursday morning, and the Nautical Centre on the beach of Kelenn where you can rent all kinds of watercraft and indulge in scuba diving.

You will go down a staircase at the end of the large garden to access directly on the GR34 which will take you around Carantec or the wild island of Callot, accessible at low tide by a submersible road.

You can use various areas of the garden, equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs and benches to observe the water activity, read, have a drink, have lunch or dinner, if necessary in the warmth of a brazier.

We are on the port of Carantec where there are two restaurants:
The Sailor and the Capstan
A five-minute walk away is the Grève Blanche, a pretty and lively sandy beach.

A free bus runs in the summer. The bus stop is on the street.

Arrival: 17:00 or later
Departure: 10:00 a.m. or earlier
Late arrival or early departure possible.
Conversely, earlier arrival or later departure conditioned by the flow of guests.
You can request an extension of your stay as long as the accommodation is not rented before your arrival or after your departure.
